As an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the IT University in Copenhagen, he researches Business Process and Case Management technologies and their compliance. Hugo has been a part of DCR since the beginning of the company.

Lars Krogsgaard - Chairman

He joined the board of DCR Solution ApS in December 2017 and has served as the Chairman of the Board since September 2022. He possesses a wealth of experience as a professional board member and investor, having held positions as an active investor, owner and board member in over 25 Nordic companies, including growth-oriented firms. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business, New York. Lars Krogsgaard's areas of expertise include strategic development, business development, risk management, financing, and M&A. Morten Marquard - CEO, Founder

Rasmus Balthazar Andreasen

Currently studying BSc Software development at the IT-University of Copenhagen. Rasmus is a part of the development team where he solves various tasks to maintain and develop the DCR technology.

Stefan Ravichandran

Stefan supports the marketing team by assisting in identifying potential customers for DCR Solutions. Stefan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Service Management from CBS and is currently pursuing a master's degree in International Marketing and Management at the same university.

Søren Debois - CTO

Job Titles:

One of the original researchers of both the mathematics and the code behind the DCR technology, Søren is playing a key role in the development of DCR as a technology, and DCR's product suite. Søren was previously teaching DCR at the IT University of Copenhagen

Thomas Hildebrandt

Thomas initiated the research behind the DCR technology more than 10 years ago. With his research groups, he has since then been a major research force contributing to the development of the DCR technology. He is still closely involved in the ongoing development of DCR through his research projects and heading the DCR academic alliance program.

Tijs Slaats

Tijs is a internationally recognized expert on declarative processes and process mining and one of the inventors of DCR models. Tijs is the principal author of the DisCoveR process discovery algorithm, which won the prestigious ICPM award in November 2021 for best process discovery algorithm. DCR Solutions has an ongoing collaboration with Tijs Slaats, which has been extremely successful in cross-pollinating academia and industry, bringing data, cases and practice from industry to bear on publicly available academic research, and vice versa.
