Anneliese is a highly experienced authentic HR leader, making strategic contributions to organisational success in the not-for-profit sector.
She joined Dementia Australia (then Alzheimer's Australia NSW) in late 2011 as the General Manager of Human Relations.
Her biggest projects here include:
leading the HR aspects of unification in 2017
negotiating our first national enterprise agreement
leading the Covid 19 people-related response and embedding sustainable hybrid working arrangements in the aftermath
building of a People and Culture function from the ground up including policies procedures and system implementation
creation of an Organisational Development function, a capability framework, leadership 360's and development program.
Previously, Anneliese was the National HR Director for Heart Foundation for 7 years, where her achievements included:
development of a competency framework to support recruitment excellence
a new performance management system
development of in house staff wellness program
leading of structural changes to support delivery of a shared national strategy
implementation of a remuneration strategy
leadership of the analysis to ensure HF compliance with the launch of the Fair Work Act and Industry Awards.
Before that, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry.

Anthony is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Dementia Australia, having been with the organisation for close to five years. Anthony's roles before this cover over twenty years' experience in the not-for-profit sector, having worked for organisations providing services in the disability, home nursing, home aged care support and residential aged care sectors. Prior to his involvement in the not-for-profit space, Anthony had a number of roles in the commercial sector covering transport, service industries and travel.
Anthony is a member of CPA Australia and holds a Master of Business Management. Currently Anthony is a Board member of Palliative Care South East and Windana Drug & Alcohol Recovery.

Kimberley brings to Dementia Australia a wealth of expertise in brand management, PR, communications, digital and direct marketing, corporate affairs, community engagement and media.
Throughout her career, Kimberley has consistently aligned herself with values-driven organisations, holding key executive roles at well-known member-based organisations including RACQ, QSuper and Queensland Teachers Mutual Bank.
She has successfully led large, multi-disciplinary teams, developed and executed integrated brand campaigns, and driven significant revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and social value.
Kimberley is a respected leader and skilled change agent, known for her strategic thinking, innovative approaches to digital and direct marketing, and her ability to foster high performing, engaged teams.
