Program combines Eastern and Western philosophies by utilizing the principles of yoga such as breathing techniques, meditation, awareness, mindfulness and asana. We also provide a variety of therapeutic treatment styles such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IT), and more.
