On 6 December 2017 FCI Markets Inc. (the Company) was placed into provisional liquidation by an Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice, Virgin Islands (the Court), pursuant to Section 170 of the Insolvency Act 2003 (the Act).
