David Blyer has served as a Director of the Company since 1998. Mr. Blyer is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in a variety of industries. Currently, Mr. Blyer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Donor Community Inc., a software company he founded that is dedicated to assisting non-profit organizations in their operational and fundraising activities. Among many other ventures, Mr. Blyer was also Co-Chairman of Stone Profiles LLC, a manufacturer, and installer of architectural cast stone for the residential and commercial construction markets, from January 2005 until March 2010. Mr. Blyer brings entrepreneurial expertise and extensive experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies at fast-growing businesses.

Dennis Mack has served as Executive Vice President and as a Director of the Company since October 2016 when the Company acquired Western State Design. Mr. Mack founded Western State Design in 1974 and served as its President from 1974 through 2020. Mr. Mack, an industry veteran, and his partner, Tom Marks, built Western State Design into one of the leading distributors of commercial laundry products in the United States. Mr. Mack's professional achievements, industry relationships, and entrepreneurial instincts make him an invaluable member of EVI's executive team and Board of Directors.

Glen Kruger has served as Director of the Company since November 2020. Mr. Kruger is a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, focused on technology investment banking. With over eleven years of merger and acquisition experience, Mr. Kruger brings a wealth of knowledge on e-commerce platforms, mobile commerce, and payment systems. Mr. Kruger earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Natal in South Africa and a Master's in business administration from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Hal M. Lucas has served as Director of the Company since November 2015. Mr. Lucas is a founding partner of the law firm of Lucas Savitz P.L., where Mr. Lucas has practiced law since 2011. Prior to that time, Mr. Lucas was an attorney at the law firm of Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A. from 2008 to 2011 and at the law firm of Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Lucas brings entrepreneurial expertise, management experience, and legal knowledge from his active participation in various business and legal matters over the course of his career. Mr. Lucas earned his J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law and his Bachelor of science degree in economics and international relations from The Johns Hopkins University.

Henry M. Nahmad has served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 2015 when he acquired a controlling interest in the Company. Under Mr. Nahmad's leadership, the Company has grown from one operating business in Miami, FL with 30 employees to a rapidly expanding enterprise that holds a commanding position within its industry. Mr. Nahmad's vision, long-term growth strategy, and execution thereof has led to rapid growth and recognition as the foremost leader in the North American commercial laundry industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nahmad worked in various capacities at Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO), a Fortune 500 company and the largest distributor of HVAC/R products in the world, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in the execution of the buy-and-build strategy. Mr. Nahmad earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Texas and a Master's in Business Administration from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Mr. Nahmad is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is an active member in charitable organizations.

Robert H. Lazar has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lazar served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer from 2000 to 2016 for Steiner Leisure Limited, a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. Lazar also served as a Senior Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen LLP from August 1995 to June 2000 and in various other auditor positions from September 1987 until August 1995. Mr. Lazar earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master's of Accounting from the University of Miami.

Tim LaMacchia has served as a Director of the Company since November 2018. Mr. LaMacchia served as Partner at Ernst and Young from 2012 through 2017 and was a Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. With over thirty years of public accounting experience serving numerous clients across a variety of industries, Mr. LaMacchia brings financial, accounting, and tax skills along with leadership development, management expertise, and corporate governance skills to the Board of Directors.

Tom Marks has served as Executive Vice President of the Company since October 2016 and serves as the President of the Company's Western Laundry Group. Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Marks served as Executive Vice President of Western State Design, the Company's first acquisition of a commercial laundry business, where he was also a partner to Dennis Mack for over fifteen years. Mr. Marks is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy that led to Western's recognition as one of the foremost commercial laundry distributors and service providers in the United States. As a member of the Company's executive team, Mr. Marks is integral in the execution of the Company's long-term buy and build growth strategy.
