About: Josh joined the Full Range team in 2021. Josh's enthusiasm for physical therapy and wellness is apparent from the first time you meet him. He attended Penn State University, where he studied exercise science and competed in wrestling.
Josh then attended Widener University where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy. During his time at Widener, he was part of the leadership team for the University's Pro Bono Clinic. He also trained in running, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In 2016, Josh completed the Philadelphia Marathon.
Combining his athletic experience with his education and knowledge, allows Josh to help folks of all ages continue to do what they love. When not working, you can find Josh on the mats competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Jeremy has been a part of our local community his entire life! He is a Monsignor Bonner High School graduate and has a amazing background in competitive swimming throughout the area.
Meet Krista Santarcangelo, a physical therapist with a passion for helping people. Krista joined the Full Range team as a student physical therapist in 2022 and continued in 2023 as a support specialist and now a physical therapist.

Meet Megan Mills, a distinguished Physical Therapist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, renowned for her exceptional skills in providing Physical Therapy to patients in the outpatient setting. With a wealth of experience, an impressive athletic background, and a dedication to her craft, Megan brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her practice.

Founder, Michael McDevitt, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, decided to embrace the change and develop a practice that empowers clinicians to treat their patients one-on-one, in an environment that is convenient. Full Range quickly added additional services, including Occupational and Speech Therapy.

Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2008) from Thomas Jefferson University, Bachelors in Kinesiology/Pre-Physical Therapy (2005) from Temple University
About: Sara has served the Greater Philadelphia Area in outpatient orthopedics and home care since graduating from Thomas Jefferson. She has taken continuing education courses focusing on manual therapy, specifically Mckenzie and Maitland philosophies, active release technique and sports injuries. Sara has also completed coursework earning the distinction as an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor with experience guiding physical therapy students successfully in their clinical affiliations.
Sara enjoys treating a wide variety of diagnoses and has experience with pulmonary and cardiac diagnoses, as well as neurological disorders including stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's. She is focusing on continuing education for advancing her manual therapy skills and furthering her education on the advances in physical therapy. Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, sons, Colton and Hunter, and dog.
