Alexander (Sasha) is HOPS Regional Manager, based in Uralsk, Western Kazakhstan, Representative for Russia and Kazakhstan and brings outstanding IT skills and provides new programmes where required to the team. He holds degrees from West-Kazakhstan Humanitarian University, Physics and Mathematics, specialities are "Physics and Informatics"
These and his previous work experience in both Government and private positions is highly compatible with HOPS activities and aspirations. He enjoys excellent local connections and is also responsible for Business Development within the former CIS States.

David (Dave) runs HOPS project support Platform, has a PgD in International Marketing, and PgD in Enterprise Development. He is developing Client online support and presence for HOPS as part of the Management Team. In parallel with his input to HOPS, Dave is the Author of significant Management Books in Business Communications, Competitiveness and Marketing, and is a Founding Director of the Edinburgh Institute for Collaborative & Competitive Advantage, located within Edinburgh Napier University.
Henry qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor ARICS and was subsequently elected as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors FRICS. After 12 years in professional practice, he moved to the more practical world of contracting which led to his first overseas contract in Saudi Arabia for a German Joint Venture for 10 years, (the birth of HOPS). This led to an appointment with a German Power Plant business for 20 years during which time HOPS remained in the core team which ended up as the German division of General Electric Power Systems (USA).

Tatyana (Tania) is the Leader of the Commercial and Contractual team dealing with the prime Customer contract, Subcontractor and Supplier Management, Contracts and audits, and also local legislation compliance agreements. Tania holds a Bachelor degree in English Language and Culture from Uralsk University and an Open University Professional Diploma in Management. Prior to joining HOPS Tania has been in Banking, Project and Contracts Management and setting up and supervising Administration processes and procedures, all of which fully support the scope of her HOPS brief, active since 2001, working on HOPS Kazakhstan Projects and internationally.
