At Hunter Valley Karate, Sensei Langworthy and his fellow instructors, train hard, learn from each other and work at improving skills... Through hard work and perservance, training in martial arts may assist in improving physical, emotional and mental fitness. At Hunter Valley Karate we encourage sharing of skills and knowledge. Our strong club culture is a reflection of the families who train with us. Learning with and from each other helps each of us achieve the most from our training.
