Experience: Mr. Lamba possesses 20 years of rich experience in entire gamut of HR Operations. He is involved in Strategic Planning for HR. At his current position, he was responsible for Transforming Swaraj into a world class organization after the merger with Mahindra & Mahindra. A dynamic leader and having a vibrant personality, he has played a pivotal role in turning around PTL group through changed management approach. During his experience, he has also worked with groups like Delhi International Airport Limited, Duncan Goenka Group (Paper Division) and Ballarpur Industries Limited (Thapar Group) etc.
