Drew Mouton

Drew Mouton serves as Chief Innovation Officer within the Office of Research at LSU Health Shreveport. He earned a B.S. in Molecular Biology, an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Global Management from Tulane University. As a subject matter expert in university innovation, technology transfer, the Lean Startup Methodology and development of early stage ventures, he has established working collaborations with universities across the State and around the country. He has served as an advisor to the Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship; served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence to the Tulane University Office of Technology Transfer; served as an Industry Mentor within the National Science Foundation's I-Corps program; created the Applied Innovation Pathway series at Tulane, while designer and lead instructor for SCEN-6060; led campus seminars and taught university classes in management, strategy, new venture planning, applied innovation and management of entrepreneurial ventures. As a serial entrepreneur he spent more than 2 decades starting, leading and transacting companies in software, telecom, biotech, defense, manufacturing and the hospitality sector. He has served as a management consultant to Fortune500 companies, served on corporate boards, and has mentored dozens of entrepreneurial ventures and university spin-outs both within the State and around the world.

Gina Radke

Gina Radke has been navigating the business world for over twenty years as a successful business owner, entrepreneur, investor, and economic influencer. Owner and CEO of an aerospace manufacturing company, Galley Support Innovations, Gina uses her international business experience to serve as an international trade advisor to the U.S Congress. She is a coach who has mentored entrepreneurs from across the globe and is well known for her involvement in community service and empowering others with economic opportunities. Gina is also an experienced public speaker on the topics of business, manufacturing, entrepreneurship, women's empowerment and work/life balance. She has spoken in front of audiences ranging from global business and political leaders, to everyday business professionals looking to balance their work with their professional life.

Jonathan Bennun

Jonathan Bennun is a security expert and engineer turned product leader, strategist, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Security Dojo, a startup focused on cybersecurity education solutions, an active startup advisor, and Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, a network-driven venture firm investing in seed-stage startups. Early in his career, Jonathan worked as an engineering lead and as a hacker-for-hire, specializing in application security. In 2010 he co-founded Wombat Voting, one of only a handful of secure voting products deployed and used in real-world elections. At Cisco he streamlined next-gen security product growth, before joining the San Francisco startup OneLogin to build new product lines and scale the business, eventually leading the company's go-to-market strategy. Outside of the office, Jonathan can be found training in an Aikido dojo, playing rock music or practicing Vipassana meditation. He has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Josh Frank

Josh Frank is the Director of Product at Revelry, leading a team of Product Managers while working across the company to clearly communicate priorities and product features, instigate design thinking practices, and help facilitate and evolve Revelry's Lean-Agile process. Prior to joining the krewe at Revelry, Josh was a partner and co-founder of Chicago-based Adjust Creative, a UX-focused product design consultancy; project and culture lead at Design Cloud; and an active freelance designer/front-end developer. Outside of Revelry, Josh enjoys CrossFit, indoor rowing, and spending time with his family on Chicago's lakefront. He recently took up the challenge of volunteering as head coach for his daughter's U8 soccer team.

Josh Thompson

Josh is CEO and & Co-Founder of Civics Unplugged. He is also a Venture Partner at Human Ventures and CEO and Co-Founder of Onward Labs. Josh has spent his career at the intersection of public/private partnerships, beginning with his landmark work alongside former Mayor Cory Booker to reimagine the possibilities for education and economic development leveraging the $100 million investment by Mark Zuckerberg. While serving in Newark, Josh had the privilege of returning to his former high school, St. Benedict's Prep, as Vice President of Institutional Advancement and then Athletic Director. Josh then served in Washington, DC, where he expanded high quality school choice for every child in the city. Josh was appointed as Director of Education in Bridgeport, CT where he eliminated their budget deficit and built the first vehicle to receive private investment to bring choice and technology to district schools. He then came to New York City to serve as the Executive Director of New Leaders New York, an organization that serves half a million children across the country through the development of transformational school leaders and policies. This led him to New Classrooms, a personalized learning platform that enables teachers and students to experience an individualized way of learning math. Josh was a Mayoral Candidate for New York City in the most recent election and co-founded one of the first live and working companies built on blockchain in New York City to combat homelessness.

Kevin Lin

Logan Jones

Logan Jones is Vice President of Boeing HorizonX, a pathfinder organization that explores opportunities through strategy and experimentation with business models for emerging aerospace applications, leveraging nontraditional partnerships and a venture fund that invests in early-stage startups focused on aerospace and industrial innovations. Most recently, Jones was senior director of business development for Boeing HorizonX and Boeing NeXt, a business division focused on the future of urban, regional and global mobility. He led the team forging nontraditional partnerships and cultivating new business opportunities to extend Boeing's core capabilities into existing and emerging markets. As one of the founding leaders of Boeing HorizonX and Boeing NeXt, he has led multiple ventures transactions and launched partnerships with multinational companies and startups to create new businesses. He brings to the role experience in corporate strategy, business development, project management, and finance. While at Boeing, Jones has sought to stimulate the development of, and supporting ecosystem for, emerging technologies and solutions by launching new businesses and partnerships. He currently serves on the board of Wisk Aero, an urban air mobility company, and was recently chair of the urban air mobility committee at AIA. Jones has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Montana State University and a master's degree in program management from Boston University. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Scott Shalett

Scott Shalett is Managing Partner and Head of Public Affairs at Medora Ventures. Prior to joining the Medora team, Scott coordinated the public affairs and policy direction at the US Conference of Mayors under Conference President, Mayor Mitch Landrieu, New Orleans. His experience also includes four years as a Managing Director and the Head of Civic Engagement at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he ran a national program that recruited and activated a diverse group of employees, who served as community Ambassadors in order to showcase JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s philanthropic and business impact and to build stronger relationships with civic leaders. Scott's career experience includes positions of leadership in state and local government offices and as a business owner that worked on policy and political affairs with national campaigns in every region of the country. Scott and his partners at Medora are working with a core group of businesses and investors to structure their approach on Opportunity Zones with a focus on the impact intended by the law.

Stephanie Koch

Stephanie Koch is a cool-headed business leader, consultant, project manager and coach with over 13 years of international experience in operations, business and management. Throughout her career, she has focused on efficiency and process across multiple industries, at solopreunerships, start-ups and at larger corporations. She has extensive experience in operational optimization, cost management and strategic problem solving after building multiple teams from the ground up across the world. Prior to launching Flourish Advisory, Stephanie held multiple in-house senior positions in operations and strategy. Most recently, she served as a Director of Operations at United Technologies, as a Project Manager at DWS and as a Global COO at Deutsche Bank. Stephanie received both her bachelor's and master's degrees at George Washington University and lives with her husband in the Tri-State Area. When she isn't helping companies streamline their operations you'll likely find her pursuing her other passions - teaching yoga and planning her next trip to Cape Cod.
