Starting off his career as a Specialty Welder, he quickly rose to a Quality Control CWI inspector, Planner and Supervisor. He has worked across many industries that include: Fabrication Shops, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Hydrogen, Paper Mills, and Polymer Plants.
Originally from Mexico, he now resides in Texas, and enjoys a variety of popular North American sports. In his free time he enjoys fishing, carpentry, and home remodeling work.

Anthony Haggarty has over 30 years of industry experience on construction projects, with the last 15 years in the field of Workface Planning and Advanced Work Packaging. Starting as a Workface Planner in 2003 and more recently as an Advanced Work Packaging management consultant, providing support to organisations who are working to implement the process.
Additionally, he has a senior level of understanding with respect to field engineering practices, project scheduling, mechanical constructability, and project planning. Mr. Haggarty has previously held positions in field engineering, construction, and modules management and CADD systems administration. He has experience on both the owner's side and contractors side in field and home office environments. Anthony is an avid supporter of Fully Integrated and Automated Project Processes and utilization of technology to support a holistic project support structure.
His experience and history of project success has established Mr. Haggarty as a one of the industry experts in this emerging field. His service in this field as a consultant and as an advisor have had positive impact on the evolution of this productivity enhancement technique on the projects that he worked on.

Brent began his professional journey back in 1987 as an apprentice electrician at a small electrical shop in Sussex, New Brunswick. With only three employees and a wide range of scope, everything from dairy farms to heavy industrial, Brent learn that planning was the key to efficiency and productivity.
In the Spring of 1996, Brent and his wife Tammy relocated to Edmonton Alberta in search of a more stable future. Brent spent many years working in the large upstream Oils Sands extraction plants in Fort McMurray intermixed with smaller jobs in the Alberta oil patch. Fast forwarding to 2007, Brent took on the role as Lead Electrical Workface Planner for Nexen at their Long Lake Project. He would remain at Nexen until 2015. Since then Brent has worked on many projects around the world in different roles to execute work packaging or help in development and/or maintaining of AWP systems, and tools. Brent's problem-solving ability combined with his programing knowledge has help bring much clarity to management and planning teams on a variety of projects. This skill set has proved to be extremely valuable within the construction industry.
On his down time, you can find him grabbing his camera and backpack and hitting the trails, or jumping on his road bike for the afternoon. Having completed the West Coast Trail four times, it is not hard to see he has a strong work ethic and seeing things through to the completion.
Brett Huntley is a BC boy at heart, but like so many others, he moved to Alberta to seek his fortune in 2010. Using his skills as a Pipefitter and as a Supervisor to execute projects from the field on a series of mega-construction projects.
Chaitanya Viswanadha graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gayatri Vidhya Parishad College of Engineering and now has more than 10 years and 18 major construction projects of industry expertise.

Dany has more than fifteen years of experience in the construction industry and is an Advanced Work Packing (AWP) and Workface Planning (WFP) subject matter expert and implementation specialist. He is also licensed as a Master Electrician and Project Management Professional. To date, he has worked in a number of fields, including upstream/ downstream oil and gas, metals and mining, industrial and commercial construction.

Dennis Meads has almost 20 years of productivity engineering experience in the industrial construction industry. A pipefitter by trade, an entrepreneur at heart and an educator by nature; Dennis has become one of Canada's leading performance and organizational management specialists and is recognized internationally for his contributions to Workface Planning and Advanced Work Packaging.
Following graduation, Dennis began his career on the tools managing his own piping mechanical business. As an owner/operator with service contracts for several large institutions, Dennis honed his technical skills and developed long-term relationships built on the foundational values of exceptional service, high quality, and a solutions-driven approach. In 1986 Dennis joined the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology as an instructor and taught the pipefitting apprenticeship programs for over ten years.
Joining Fluor in 1998 as a performance engineer, Dennis participated in projects across Canada with oil and gas giants Nova, Syncrude, Shell, Imperial Oil, and Irving Oil. His role included the Implementation of productivity programs, training seminars, re-engineering management processes, optimizing organizational behaviours and conducting tool time/equipment utilization studies.
After 7 years with Fluor, Dennis joined NEXEN Inc. in 2005 as a performance engineering in the Major Projects business unit, where he led the development and implementation of a competency framework for construction personnel. He also established and managed the Advanced Work Packaging and Workface Planning department and went on to facilitate several other construction productivity initiatives. During this time Dennis was also an active member of the COAA Workface Planning committee where he participated in several subcommittees and presented WFP and AWP at a number of the annual conferences.
In 2014, Dennis joined Insight-AWP as an AWP specialist and has been providing advanced work packaging support, tool time expertise and productivity mentorship to megaprojects in Canada, the USA, and Europe.
Born and raised in rural Alberta, Dennis is the proud father of six children and blessed Papa to seven grandchildren.
Frankie Is originally from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. Frankie earned his steamfitter/pipefitter apprenticeship while also completing a bachelors degree in Anthropology and Sociology with a minor in History spending a year of his studies on exchange in Orebro, Sweden.
After several mega projects in Alberta, working as a productivity specialist for Fluor, KBR and Jacobs, Geoff started his own company in 2006. Over the last fourteen years, Insight-AWP has grown to a staff of 25 who have provided support for more than 45 mega projects in Canada, the US, Europe, Asia and Australia and has grown to be recognized as the go-to service providers for Workface Planning, Information Management and Advanced Work Packaging.
Geoff served on the COAA Workface Planning committee for 10 years starting in 2003 and was one of the key contributors in the development of the industry model for Workface Planning. Working in support of the CII committees for Advanced Work Packaging, Geoff's company hosted case studies for the University of Texas on several of their projects. While his day job was helping mega projects to be organized Geoff also worked evenings and weekends as an instructor for the Better Supervision program and taught project management through McEwan university.
In 2009 Geoff published his first book on construction productivity: ‘Schedule for Sale, Workface Planning for Construction Projects', which sold more than 4000 copies worldwide. In the years after the first book was published Geoff helped his company and the industry mature from Workface Planning into Advanced Work Packaging, which led the publication of his second book in 2017: Even More Schedule for Sale, Advanced Work Packaging for Construction Projects. The distribution of both books has now surpassed 10,000 copies.
With three granddaughters and four adult children, Geoff's life away from work is also busy and rewarding. In the little spare time that he has between work and family he likes to fly his Mooney airplane as a VFR pilot.

Janette is a classically trained musician born in Cleveland, Ohio. After relocating to Houston, Texas she spent over 30 years teaching music in public schools and was a cellist with the Pasadena Philharmonic and Clear Lake Symphony orchestras. Her students consistently rated amongst the highest honors wherever they performed.
After retiring from teaching, she transferred her business acumen and problem-solving skills to Insight-AWP, becoming our new Business Manager. Leveraging her organizational and coaching skills, she works with both staff and clients now to align their systems and processes with our company standards.
While not at her computer, she enjoys listening to live music, gardening, traveling and cooking.

Marco de Hoogh, lived every child's dream growing up in Calgary, Alberta, his family owned a chocolate factory. Immigrating to Canada from the Netherlands at the age of 12, Marco brought with him a love for voetbal (soccer) and a natural skill set for systemic analytics. This led to a General Business Diploma from Mount Royal college and a series of web development and GIS training programs at the University of Calgary. After working for a decade as a Technical Coordinator in the GIS and digital mapping sector, Marco joined the Oil and Gas industry with Nexen as the Technical Lead in their Workface Planning Team. During this time he managed the implementation and use of ConstructSim software in support of the very successful Workface Planning program. On behalf of Nexen, Marco also consulted with Intergraph during this period, helping them to shape the functionality of their WFP software, SmartPlant (Smart) Construction. Working with Intergraph on Smart Construction since its inception gave Marco a knowledge base that led to a posting with them in Europe in 2013. After returning to Calgary in 2014, he joined the Advanced Work Packaging team at Fluor and was instrumental in developing their processes and procedures, as he helped them to establish AWP on several mega projects.
Joining the Insight-awp team in 2016 in Kansas City, Marco quickly became a key member of the organization. His first assignment was followed by positions in Antwerp, Belgium and Houston Texas, where amongst other things he was responsible for developing the framework that has shaped the structure of the model for Information Management. His acute understanding of the technical requirements needed to stand up the WFP software, mixed with the foundational knowledge of how Workface Planning is applied in the field, is a unique skill set that has brought significant benefit to the Insight-awp clients.
When he is not at work he can be found yelling at the TV during soccer games, coaching soccer or spending family time with his wife and two teenage sons. Marco says that he "was privileged to coach several highly successful adult teams" that included Alberta Provincial Champions and teams that won medals at Canadian National Championships.

Born in England, raised in South Africa and now a Canadian Citizen, Preston is a well seasoned global traveler with over 40 years of professional experience in the Heavy Industrial and Commercial sectors and has worked on 5 continents including the Middle East and in many different countries on projects ranging from $15 million to $6 billion.
Preston's vast background of positional experience over the years ranging from his time in the military, Construction field Supervision, HSE program development, QA/QC, Field Engineering, Contractor management, Cost and Contract, Construction and Project Management as well as holding a directorship with one of Canada's largest Engineering and Construction Globally based Organizations and running his own multimillion dollar business back in the early 90's has positioned him as a well seasoned and successful Consultant within our Industry.
Preston is considered one of the Grandfathers of AWP having been involved from the very beginning of the program's conception at COAA in 2003 and has made valuable contributions in delivering his root cause findings of cost overruns and workflow analysis on various large projects. Since then Preston has established himself as an AWP expert in developing and implementing AWP across the complete project lifecycle in conjunction with streamlining and enhancing organizational and project workflow processes.
Preston has been married for 30 years with 3 children and 2 grandchildren, he has a passion for writing and has completed his first book, his other passions include mentorship, teaching and training as well as enjoying the outdoors, hunting and nature.
Pritam Sahu stands at the frontline of the fastest moving oil and gas technology trend: AWP and construction digitization. With an extensive 12+ years rich experience in the EPC business, his first project started in Saudi Arabia with JGC where the client was Chevron and Saudi Aramco. All these years he worked for numerous clients with the likes of Qatar Gas, ADNOC, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Shell, Sonatrach.
The EPC industry which involves workforce in huge numbers, tight schedules, external internal factors is indirectly affected in terms of profitability and productivity if any of the factors goes miscalculated. An internationally experienced professional with proven data management, system integration and model conditioning skills. Stephen is adept at getting around any roadblocks to ensure project success for a wide variety of clients and environments. He has an excellent background in AWP, materials management integration, construction focused BIM implementation for oil and gas plants, as well as experience with a wide variety of advanced technical applications and data management processes. Stephen takes ownership of process improvements and prides himself in having excellent customer facing skills.
