Engr. Garba Abubakar Muhammad holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto. He had earlier obtained his first Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. From 2014 to 2016, He was a Consultant/State Programme Coordinator of ENABLE2 (Enhancing Nigeria Advocacy for a Better Business Environment) a Business Environment Reform Programme in Nigeria Funded by the United Kingdom Department for Foreign Internal Development (DFID) implemented by a United Kingdom based International Consulting & Service Provision Firm; Messrs Adam Smith International (ASI) and was in charge of Katsina and Zamfara States. He got fully active in the private sector when he took up the following appointments: Member, Board of Trustees of the Jaiz Charity and Development Foundation (2012 to 2016); Executive Director (Finance, Administration and Corporate Services) with Jaiz Takaful Insurance Plc (2016 to 2018) and later appointed as Managing Director / CEO of the El-Jaiz Investment and Service limited in October 2018 a position he currently occupies till date.
