Antonio Santoro

Antonio Santoro is the Director of Client Services for Integrated WealthCare. He joined the team in the fall of 2018. With a diverse background in public relations, communications, and various leadership roles, he is extremely skilled in organizational leadership and iron-clad client service. Antonio is responsible for responsibilities that include scheduling client meetings, internal and external stakeholder correspondence, entering and updating client data, preparing account documents, client website support, project management, and coordinating client meetings with fidelity of client financial portfolios. Antonio is a North Carolina native and enjoys spending time with his identical twin brother, family, and friends. He is very active in his church ministry and his strong faith is exemplified as he seeks to inspire, encourage, and empower those he meets. His passion continues in music as he is a recording artist of inspirational music. Antonio is also a public relations professional/publicist, and certified with the International Coaching Federation and uses his coaching skills to promote positive relationships and interactions with clients, team mates and business associates.

Christine Caswell Prisk

Christine Caswell Prisk is the firm's lifeline to accurate and timely financial operations, decision making and compliance. In her role as Controller, Christine oversees all billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reporting. Christine reconciles and monitors all IWC financial transactions and prepares reports and documentation for management and accounting. Christine has a long history of excellence in financial reporting and small business administration. Christine began her career with The Prudential, in their audit management department where she was on a fast track executive path. Her roles included corporate audit management, accounting and consulting. Christine moved in to the entrepreneurial world by founding and serving as Managing Director of Caswell & Collins Consulting - a technical training contract agency. C&C was honored as one of the Triangle Fast 50. She has founded and overseen two companies since that time: Checks & Balances LLC - a small business bookkeeping and consulting specializing in accounting system conversions Bookkeeping & Entrepreneurial Services Team, LLC - Contract CFO, Controller, Bookkeeping, and Consulting Services for small to mid-sized businesses. When she pulls her head out of the numbers, Christine loves spending as much time as possible with her four children, cooking, at the coast and making certain that everyone knows that while Austin Texas lives in her heart, she is a born and bred Jersey Girl. Christine graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and German Language.

Dr. John Gallagher

Dr. John Gallagher is a dual board-certified Emergency Medicine and EMS Medicine physician who has diversified his time to include financial planning for the physician community. Although still practicing Emergency Medicine in Hawaii, his interest in the financial industry and his perspective as a client of IWC, led to his joining IWC in November 2021. He is our only "residency trained financial planner." John became an IWC client after recognizing the value of having a firm who intimately understands the medical community and the unique needs of a physician. After fully realizing the value IWC brought, John felt called to share his experience with his colleagues and began discussions with IWC about how he could contribute to the growth of the firm and bring enhanced value to the medical community. John completed medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia and residency in Emergency Medicine at Geisinger Health system where he also worked as a Flight Physician for LifeFlight Air Ambulance. Over his career, John has become an experienced lecturer and has held leadership positions throughout his career with the American College of Emergency Physicians, the National Association of EMS Physicians, and the American College of Surgeons. John and his wife, Heidi of 15 years, live with their 3 children on the Big Island of Hawaii. When he isn't at his desk enjoying the view of the Pacific Ocean or in the emergency room you will probably find him in the ocean practicing his hobbies of spearfishing, sailing, and SCUBA diving.

Geoff Selzer

Lisette Nelson

Lisette joined IWC in March 2023, although the newest member on our team she comes with 23 years of experience in the financial industry in a variety of roles including Director of Client Services and interim COO. She has been recognized as winner of several industry awards for her exceptional client service. With her wealth of knowledge in investment relations, client services, operations, and management, Lisette provides world class service to all our clients. As part of the leadership team, Lisette is responsible for the oversight and supervision of all IWC investment operations, strategic growth, compliance, and staying on top of industries standards. Overseeing all client investment accounts and relationships, she ensures each client receives the personal service IWC believes in. A graduate of Central Michigan in Public Administration, she continued her education receiving her Masters in HR from Colorado State University. Lisette lives in White Lake, Michigan, with her husband and their 7 year old daughter. She spends her free time bouncing from cheerleading, girl scouts, soccer, child party planner, and enjoying a game of tennis. Her love of travel has taken her across the globe from China to New Zealand but still believes the greatest place on earth is Disney.

Lori G. Alvarado

Lori is the Director of Insurance Operations for Integrated WealthCare. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of this extremely busy division of the firm. Lori joined Integrated WealthCare in 2014 with almost fifteen years of experience working in the disability insurance industry. From 2007 - 2012, Lori served as lead disability underwriter for a large disability brokerage firm in Philadelphia before lending her experience for two years to a startup firm in the greater Philadelphia area. Lori has earned a national reputation among insurance executives, medical directors and producers for her work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to getting business done efficiently and effectively. Lori is responsible for all aspects of the disability insurance process internally, as well as providing ongoing support to our clients across the country. Prior to her career in the insurance industry, Lori spent twenty years in retail management following her time at Bucks County Community College, where she graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management. Lori loves spending time with her large circle of friends and family which includes her daughter Chelsea. She leads an active lifestyle which includes daily exercise and occasional hiking and biking. She enjoys eating out and her favorite restaurants include Indian and Italian.
