As a statewide collaboration we strive to empower Kansas communities through training, leadership and support to identify, rescue, defend and serve children... The Kansas Alliance for Drug Endangered Children is a network of local, st ate and federal partners. Established in 2003, the group seeks to raise awareness about DEC issues and supports the efforts of community DEC programs through training, resources, and technical assistance.
