Harneet Sihota is the HR Director of Kam-Way Transportation, Inc. She has served in different capacities within the organization and has dedicated her expertise in building the Human Resources department for the past 9 years. Beginning as a department of one, she has successfully grown Human Resources into a structured team; which serves the organization by balancing big picture thinking with strategic planning, strong business acumen and achieving the organizations objectives.
Harneet obtained her undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University and continued her education by obtaining her Master in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. In addition Harneet has been an active board member of the Mt. Baker Chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management serving the local HR community since 2012.
Kam Sihota, CEO/founder grew up in the transportation industry with a dream of providing innovative solutions for produce transportation throughout the US and Canada. Kam's passion led him to leave his home in Fresno, CA for the Northwest corner of Washington. Basing his company away from the standard industry hubs, this location allowed easy access for delivery between the US and Canada. Thus, Kam's dream became a reality in Kam-Way Transportation.

As the vice president at the Kam-Way transportation, Manmohan (Money) Singh helps customers overcome challenges they face today in supply chain and logistics by using his expertise in planning, negotiating, and strategic partnership. With his global perspective the entrepreneurial-minded Singh is an expert in improving business processes related to supply chain and logistics. He is a hands-on leader who focuses on perfecting each transaction to optimal efficiency.
Singh's passion for logistics led him to relocate from California to Washington. In 2014, he started his journey at Kam-Way and with his continued dedication and commitment, made his way up to become a partner and the vice president of operations. Throughout his time at Kam-Way, Singh has played a significant role in expanding the customer base within the US and Canada by bringing new customers onboard. He believes that his team's wins are his wins and he continues to be an ambitious leader by guiding customer support and operations teams through significant procedural changes, encouraging them in streamlining their processes to create more consistence in their work, helping them to succeed in their roles
