She has overseen distribution, marketing, product development and investor relations for Bankers Trust Australia, MCS Property, Centro Properties Group, Portfolio Partners Limited and Orchard Funds Limited.
Bernadette is responsible for investor and adviser relations, communications, marketing, and capital raising, and prides herself on always being available to speak with investors and advisers and answer their queries.

David co-founded KM Property Funds with Mario Papaleo after more than three decades of experience in managed investment schemes, with a particular focus on unlisted funds management.
David has held a number of senior management positions at Heine Management, MCS Property and Centro Properties Group, before joining forces with Mario to offer reliable and accessible unlisted property trusts through the KM Property Funds stable of assets.
He has experience across a broad range of areas, including commercial property management, development, funds management and corporate finance.

Mario Papaleo - Chief Investment Officer
Mario has enjoyed a real estate career in Australia, Europe, the UK and the US, and now brings his considerable wealth of property knowledge to the table as a Managing Director of KM Property Funds.
Mario has more than 20 years' experience in direct real estate, funds management and both listed and unlisted property funds management, including with the Centro Retail Trust as fund manager, as an analyst and syndicate fund manager for Heine Management Limited, and for McDonald's Australia in direct property and asset management.
He is personally motivated by the desire to provide investment opportunities for a broad range of people.

Nick is a strategic thinker who enjoys developing and executing creative solutions for clients.
He has over 20 years of real estate, finance and management experience across a variety of global markets. He has established and managed multiple platforms within Asia-Pacific for the origination and management of real estate debt and equity capital. He has a long track record of arranging and structuring debt and equity real estate capital for single assets, programmatic joint ventures and commingled funds across multiple countries, and has a deep global network of relationships across the real estate industry.

As a Managing Director of KM Property Funds and the national head of KordaMentha Real Estate, Tom is adept at reviewing property portfolios, asset divestment, and broad investment analysis.
Tom joined KordaMentha Real Estate in 2005, where he developed a reputation for his strategic assessment of real estate opportunities. His wide remit also encompasses real estate investment advisory, operational and turnaround management, structured finance investment, as well as asset management.
Tom has worked across all of the major capital cities - from Darwin and Perth to Sydney and Brisbane which has given him extensive knowledge of the Australian property market and the fundamentals that underpin each capital city and its cycles.
His appointment as executive director to KM Property Funds felt like fate.
Tom has a passion for real estate which stems from an in-depth understanding of intrinsic value and a strong network of property professionals around Australia.
