Education: Temple University, BS in Electrical Engineering, 1961
Experience: As President of BDS Systems, Mr. Balderson drives the strategic goals of the Company and oversees all of its business operations. He also directs customer experience and satisfaction management.
In the past, Mr. Balderson worked in the aerospace industry on weather satellites and missile defense systems. Bruce sold instrumentation equipment (tank level gauges, tank remote gauging, temperature, high level alarms, gas control equipment) to the petroleum, chemical and waste treatment industries.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Bruce hold two United States patents and is an active member and former President of the Ocean City Fishing Club, located in Ocean City, NJ.

Experience: As Vice President of BDS Systems, Mr. Balderson directs strategy, finance, marketing, sales, product development , and key growth strategies for BDS Systems.
In the past, Mr. Balderson was a veteran in the financial services industry with over 15 years of NASDAQ and foreign exchange (FX) sales and trading experience at several of the leading global financial institutions on Wall Street. Kurt was Director of NASDAQ trading at CIBC World Markets until the tragic events of 9/11. From 1993 until 1999, Kurt was at Merrill Lynch and Co., where he was hired onto the foreign exchange (FX) trading desk and was eventually promoted to Trader and Vice President for spot and forward FX sales and trading. Kurt's financial career began in 1987 at First Pennsylvania Bank now know as Wells Fargo.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Kurt owns and operates several business and is focused on childhood education and teaching our leaders of tomorrow.
