Dr. Lorien Sopchak grew up in Syracuse and currently resides in Port Byron, New York. She received an undergraduate degree from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and earned a DVM degree from Iowa State University. Prior to joining the Lyncourt Veterinary Hospital team, Dr. Sopchack practiced in South Dakota. Her special interests include feline medicine.
In her spare time, Dr. Sopchak enjoys reading books, horse shows, and kayaking. She also has four cats, a dog, and two horses.
Dr. Spurza grew up in North Syracuse, NY, and after moving around the States, has moved back and currently resides in Liverpool, NY. She received an undergraduate Zoology degree from SUNY Oswego, NY, and earned her DVM degree from St. George's University of Veterinary Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Spurza attended a rotating internship in Ventra, CA. There she worked with specialists in the fields of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Radiology, and Oncology. Prior to joining the Lyncourt Veterinary Hospital team, she practiced small animal medicine in NJ, MD, and CT.
Outside of work, Dr. Spurza enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and board games. She also shares her home with Copper, a dauschund, two cats named Tifa and Fizban, and a variety of fish.

Dr. Seth Briggs grew up in Illinois and currently resides in Liverpool, New York. He attended undergrad at and earned his DVM from Iowa State University in 2007. Prior to joining the Lyncourt Veterinary Hospital team, Dr. Briggs practiced in Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan.
Outside of work, Dr. Briggs enjoys gardening, knitting, running, the outdoors, and spending time with family. He has 2 sons, a cat named Zephyr, and several box turtles.
