You won't get an automated voice system when you call us, you get a live person or our voice mail if you don't call during business hours. We pride ourselves on working with the IRS and our customers to get the transcripts back to you as quick as possible. We can help figure out why a form might be rejected and how best to solve that problem. We look forms over before we send them to the IRS and try to catch anything we see that might prevent an order from being fulfilled. If we find something we believe will cause a reject, we contact you to fix that issue before submitting the order to the IRS which saves you money and time... We have a good relationship with the IRS allowing us to contact them and request help when needed.
