Our vision is to combine the best aspects of main group, transition metal chemistry and f-block chemistry in order to develop better catalysts... We are driven to make new molecules and compounds that are unknown. We target unusual compounds which have properties that are difficult to predict but lead to new developments. We aim to push the boundaries of what can be achieved in developing new fundamental chemistry which is exciting but challenging.
