Mama's Kitchen is a family-run business with over 50 years of experience in the catering industry. At the heart of our team are my aunt (our head chef at the restaurant) and my mum, who brings her magic to the little red food truck you'll spot across Hampshire. Though both are semi-retired, they've been lured back by popular demand to serve their delicious Thai street food and create unforgettable dining experiences... Our offerings include diverse and mouth-watering menus for our food truck, private catering services, and our Thai restaurant in Southampton. My brother, the restaurant manager, is the glue that holds everything together-and makes the best Pad Thai (much to Mum's amusement!). He is also a martial arts instructor, so when he's not at the restaurant you'll find him training some of the best fighters in the world...
