Chaplain Page joined Marketplace Chaplains in August 2022 after an extensive career in the Air Force where he was most recently at the Pentagon as the Air Force Deputy Chief of Chaplains. He assisted in establishing guidance on all matters pertaining to the religious and moral welfare of Air Force personnel and their dependents and directing and maintaining a trained, equipped, and professional Chaplain Corps of more than 2,200 chaplains and chaplain assistants from the active and Air Reserve components. As a member of the Armed Forces Chaplains Board, he and other members advised the Secretary of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff on religious, ethical, and quality-of-life concerns.

Brett Billups - CHRO

Brett Billups comes to Marketplace with a distinguished career of Human Resources leadership in multibillion-dollar Fortune 500 corporations, not only in the HR realm but in strategic planning, business re-engineering and change management. He has been an independent HR consultant to a variety of industries and is the author of the book "Biblical HR - Applying Eternal Truths to Everyday Work." His pursuit of Christian development in the workplace led him to found Biblical HR, LLC in 2021 based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Brett and his wife Krissi have four grown children and a growing number of grandchildren. They live in Flower Mound, Texas.

Dan Truitt

Dr. Truitt is a 30 year veteran of workplace chaplaincy, having joined Marketplace in 1984. He has served in multiple roles from front-line chaplain to many administrative and leadership responsibilities. His focus over the past decade has been staff training and the international expansion of the employee care service, beginning with Mexico and Puerto Rico in 2006. He provides support and oversight to the leadership of the service in these locations and visits them as needed. Before joining Marketplace he had a brief career in corporate accounting. Dan has degrees from Texas A&M, Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in religion and ethics from Baylor University. Dan and his wife, Dixie live in Wylie, Texas, near the International Headquarters of Marketplace Ministries in Plano. They have two children and three grandchildren.

George "Saul" Youstra

Prior to joining Marketplace Chaplains in August 2022, Chaplain Youstra served as the Command Chaplain, United States Special Operations Command. He was the principal and personal staff advisor in areas related to morale, ethics, and spirituality. He also advised on the role and impact of religion in the strategic environment. He served as a key plank holder and integral member of the multidisciplinary team consisting of physical, psychological, spiritual, and social performance. He edited the first ever Special Operations Forces Field Ethics Guide for utilization in the SOCOM formations and the Suicide Prevention, Intervention, and Post-vention Workbook & Training Program along with Moral Injury/PTSD training.

Brown has served for the past twenty years as the Chief Marketing Officer, where he was responsible for sales management, marketing communications, brand management, strategic initiatives, and chaplain recruitment. Brown is a proven servant-leader recognized by his peers as an industry-wide expert in the Faith at Work Movement, Workplace Chaplaincy, and Employee Mental Health disciplines.

Jeff Rinehart

Jeff Rinehart joined Marketplace Chaplains in 2015 as a part-time chaplain, then as Executive Director of Operations of Colorado and surrounding states and now serves as Executive Vice President over the Western Region of the US. Jeff is a proud veteran having served as a US Navy Seabee. He received a Food Science degree from Purdue University and brings 30 years of experience in Food Production and Food Sales and Marketing having held positions from sales representative to President and CEO. He has been married to Karla for 47 years and is the father of two and father-in-law to another. They have two awesome grandkids. Jeff resides in Windsor, Colorado.

Jim Tereschuk

Jim Tereschuk joined Marketplace Chaplains in 2006, bringing over 20 years of facility and business operations management experience gained through service at companies with operations in the western and central U.S.A. and Canada. He has served Marketplace Chaplains as a Chaplain, Area Team Leader and Division Director in the Dallas and Oklahoma Divisions for 6 years. He has also provided outreach and care to families of the DFW area for over 25 years as a member, ministry leader, and adult teacher at the First Baptist Church of Dallas. Jim received his B.A. degree from Wheaton College and has a M.A. degree in Christian Leadership. He is married to Sylvia, who serves in administration for the Carrollton-Farmers Branch School District. They are residents of Frisco, TX and have two daughters and three grandchildren.

Miguel (Mike) Madera

Mike began serving as a chaplain in Puerto Rico from the beginning of the employee care service there in 2006. In addition to his active front-line chaplain service, he gives direction and support to the other chaplains serving in the Commonwealth. He also serves as pastor of Iglesia Bautista TabernĂ¡culo de Reunion in the city of Aibonito. Before joining Marketplace Mike was founder and president of La Tierra Prometida, a drug rehabilitation center which provides drug counseling and pastoral care for individuals and families. For 16 years Mike was an inspector and supervisor of ship hulls and cargo. He served in the US Navy from 1971-1976. He is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. He is a graduate of the Haggai Institute and has received specialized training in concepts of substance abuse from the Universidad Central del Caribe. He and his wife, Ludy live in Aibonito. They have three children and 4 grandchildren.

Roger Haber

Roger joined Marketplace Chaplains in 2011 as a chaplain in the Boston, Massachusetts, area, served as an Area Team Leader for New England, and most recently as the Executive Director of Operations for New England and the New York City metropolitan area. He also served as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Randolph, Massachusetts. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science/Secondary Education from Stony Brook University, a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and his Doctor of Ministry from Northern Seminary. He is also a published author and teaches regularly at the Baptist Seminary in Belarus where he leads workshops on Biblical Conflict Resolution. Roger and his wife Nanci have two adult sons and three adorable grandchildren.

Seeon Smith

Seeon began serving as a part-time chaplain to businesses in Edmonton, Alberta in 2011. In 2015 he became the first full-time employee for Marketplace Chaplains Canada. He gives direction and support to chaplains and companies served in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. The largest company in his area has 425 employees in 60 locations, served by 18 chaplains. Before accepting the full-time position with Marketplace, Seeon was the senior pastor of New Hope Christian Assembly in Edmonton, having launched the church in 1999. He has work experience in retail, insurance, and management and is a graduate of Northeast Bible College and Vanguard College, both in Edmonton. He and his wife Debbrah live in Edmonton.

Shane Satterfield

Shane Satterfield joined Marketplace Chaplains in 2007 after a 15-year career beginning at Hopewell Baptist Church in Gainesville, GA as Minister of Education and concluding as Executive Pastor at Marcus Point Baptist Church in Pensacola, FL. He has served Marketplace Chaplains as Area Team Leader over Western Georgia, then Georgia Division Director, and as Region Vice President. Shane currently serves as Executive Vice President Division Operations overseeing and leading 35 chaplain leaders across America. Shane earned an Associate's Degree in Christian Ministry from Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland, GA and went on to earn a Master's Degree in Christian Education in 2003 from Southwest Seminary. He and his wife Shonda reside in Melissa, Texas, and have two children, Jacob and Mackenzie.

Tim Boobar - CFO

Tim Boobar joined Marketplace Chaplains in May 2022 and serves as our Chief Financial Officer. He has worked in the DFW area in leadership roles in the energy, private equity, and tradeshow industries. He oversees the finance and human resources teams at Marketplace. Tim holds an MBA in finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, an undergraduate degree in accounting from Texas A&M University at Commerce, and a Master of Liberal Studies in Organizational Dynamics from Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. He has lived in the Plano community for over 30 years and serves on the boards of Sky Ranch Christian camps, Hendrick Scholarship Foundation, and the College of Business Advisory Board at Texas A&M University at Commerce. Tim and his wife Kathy Allen-Boobar, who serves as a music teacher at Prestonwood Christian Academy, have four grown, married children and twelve grandchildren. He came to Marketplace Chaplains to use his gifts to impact the Kingdom through ministry.
