Erik has over 10 years of experience in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship in Vietnam. Prior to Maison RMI, he was the Vice President of Digital Marketing & Growth at CMG.ASIA which successfully exited part of it's portfolio of businesses for over $200 million USD in 2019. He also co-founded TopClass in 2019. Forbes called it the "MasterClass of Southeast Asia." Erik has been featured in a Business Success Case study by Facebook's (Meta) APAC HQ and holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy from Harvard University.
As Executive Chairman, James manages the company's overall growth strategy including legal, risk management, business development, M&A and brand growth. His wealth of knowledge and experience includes having founded and scaled multiple high growth companies across Southeast Asia including Hello Health Group which now boasts 9 markets and over 37 million unique monthly users. He holds a Masters Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Nottingham.
Nhue began her career as an accountant at Van Long Company in 1998, after completing the Professional Accounting Bachelor's program at National Economics University. Nhue joined Maison in 2006 and oversees the group's Hanoi operations. In addition, she is responsible for heading the development and implementation of operational strategies and execution of store expansion. At the group level, Nhue is responsible for procurement and overall store performance.
Pierre-Antoine graduated from ESSEC business school in France and joined Lazada in Vietnam in 2013 as a regional Category manager. He then went on to become Deputy CCO 2 years later, before co-founding Leflair together with Loic Gautier in 2015. Pierre-Antoine was COO at Leflair for the following 5 years and joined Mai Son in 2020 and directly oversees E-commerce operations, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, IT, and BI.
