Based at Maxwell Chambers Suites in Singapore, Maxwell Mediators is founded by 3 commercially smart and legally savvy mediators who specialise in mediating online or in-person complex, cross-border disputes in the Asia Pacific. Since launching in June 2019, we have mediated $100's of millions of claims involving parties from virtually every country in the Asia Pacific. Having been busy mediating online during the pandemic, the jurisdictions in which we practice are now opened up and we are once again fully available for in-person mediation wherever convenient for parties and counsel... Maxwell Mediators provides a refreshingly lean process for complex disputes. There is no secretariat nor any administration fees. Geoff, Bill and Tat are hands-on throughout the process.
