I have been working and living in North Toronto for over 30 years. I am passionate about helping my clients meet their real estate needs. One of my agents calls me the "Wikipedia" of real estate because of my knowledge of property in the North Toronto area. A key thing that separates me from the majority of Toronto real estate agents is that I don't just want to get the deal done, rather I look at the deal from the perspective of what I would want if I was in my client's position. I treat my clients' money like its my own. I am known for my strong work ethic and going above and beyond what is required. My motto "Hard work + integrity = results" reflects what is important to me. I have consistently been ranked as one of the top ten agents in both Toronto* and Canada*. Most of my deals tend to be in the areas of Yonge and Lawrence, York Mills, Forest Hill, Leaside, Hoggs Hollow, Rosedale, Moore Park, Summerhill, the Annex and High Park. Some of my long term clients who have lived in a range of areas and property types are now downsizing to condos in the Summerhill and Rosedale areas. Giving back to the community is very important to me. I care deeply about many causes and offer monetary support and time. Most recently I have focused on healthcare and youth programs including sponsoring Skylark (a charity formed to raised funds for youth mental health services, now renamed lumenus) and contributing to Megan's walk as well as local schools, the New Beginnings Support Program and several other charities.

Jeff has been part of McCann Realty Group from the start. Jeff focuses on the condo market as well as overseeing and managing McCann Realty Group's residential and commercial leasing services. Jeff believes his strongest skill set is in sales. "No matter how small the sale or lease it is important to deliver punctual and strong service to all of my clients. Beyond the main focus of selling & leasing homes and condos, I take great pride in assuring the best work is done behind the scenes of the for-sale sign. These activities can include various pre-listing activities from overseeing staging to fine-tuned marketing emphasis and sales service on each property. I have developed a real passion for the condominium market in the central core as well as the waterfront. I believe anyone can see the four walls of a condo but it is my job to deliver the honest aspects (good or bad) of the particular condo my client may have interest in. This passion started from when I was the top selling agent for the condo development at Yonge & Lawrence - 3018 Yonge Street. My contacts and market research gave me the edge on sales and market share: as a result I was able to successfully secure and sell some the most desired suites in this complex. I have also been active in helping many, out of country clients, with the successful purchase of investment properties in Toronto. Most recently I have developed a strong alliance with various Florida real estate agents which my clients have used to purchase Florida investment condos. These sales models require a strong alliance of not just the real estate agent but the services that can protect you when making a foreign property acquisition."
