Charisse brings leadership, dedication, & fun to her real estate career. As a lifelong Wisconsin native and having grown up in the New Berlin and Muskego areas, she brings knowledge with her of these cities and the surrounding greater Milwaukee areas.
As an avid reader, she has a strong mindset when it comes to personal growth and development. Some of her favorite authors are Deepak Chopra, Robin Sharma, and John C. Maxwell. In 2015 & 2018 she had the honor of being trained by Mr. Maxwell personally.
Charisse loves working side by side in her profession with her husband Tony. Together they are able to make a positive impact in the lives of their team, forever clients, & community through Real Estate.
She enjoys hanging out with her family and is a proud mother & Nana of two beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys reading, loves traveling, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, dancing, and snuggling her two Yorkie Rescues (MG & Lambeau) on her downtime.

Kleene is the virtual assistant to the Mind Right Realty Group and is part of the transaction management team! She provides support and assistance to the entire Mind Right Group in whatever way they and their clients need. She assists in the transaction process with Melissa Nowak mostly in the Under Contract and Closing phase.
When not at work, she loves spending quality time with her children: playing together, baking and helping them with school work!

As transaction manager for Mind Right Realty Group, Melissa oversees the entire transaction from contract to closing. She is passionate about giving an elevated client experience and providing support/leverage to the team and agents.
Melissa loves being able to work with her cousin (Kattie Ninkovic) and best friends! She is even able to work with her daughter who is a loan officer at Revolution Mortgage! Melissa has been with the team from the start and was our very 1st hire.
When not updating clients she loves to garden, and spend time with her daughter, son in law, & her grand puppy Rex!
