Kate Guest is the Head of Campaigns at Numinar. She previously served as Senior Director of Development and Partnerships at the Religious Freedom Institute and as the Director of Development and Donor Relations for Christian Union. Her prior experience is in public policy where she worked in external affairs for the American Enterprise Institute and was a John Jay Fellow with the John Jay Institute's leadership program, completing an academic residency and externship at the Heritage Foundation. She was also a Koch Summer Fellow with the Charles Koch Institute.Kate graduated magna cum laude from Berry College, where she earned a bachelor's degree double majoring in political science and religion. Kate completed her MBA at Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in 2020. In her free time, she can be found spending time with friends and exploring new restaurants. Kate lives in Arlington, VA with her husband Steve Guest.
Lauren Devoll is the Head of Growth at Numinar. She is a creative catalyst, trusted communicator and leader in online dialogue. She advised the most influential and innovative policymakers, government agencies, and members of civil society as Twitter's Global Public Policy Partnerships Manager and created company-wide value propositions, product marketing, and trainings. She is a frequently-requested collaborator and public speaker at engagements around the world including those hosted by the U.S. Congress, NASA, the United Nations, the International Federation of the Red Cross, and the Government Social Media network.
Previous to her tenure at Twitter, Devoll experienced firsthand the original data and digital overhaul within the Republican Party after 2012 and contributed to civic integrity remediations after 2016. She piloted and executed original social media, e-commerce, and creative programs at the Republican National Committee and National Republican Congressional Committee and represented the party in diplomatic visits organized by the U.S. Department of State.
Before her ten years in Washington D.C., she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in Public Relations and Leadership Analysis from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a proud Coca-Cola Gold Scholar recipient. A fan of partnership-driven activities even in her spare time, Devoll is an Empathetic Intelligence Fellow at the Ideos Institute, an avid social dancer in several Latin and Swing genres, and Instructor Candidate of Krav Maga.

Will Long is the Founder and CEO of Numinar Analytics, a political technology startup combining voter data and machine learning to help campaigns win elections. Since its founding in Will's senior year college dorm, Numinar has been deployed on hundreds of political campaigns and helped reach millions of voters.
Before Numinar, he spent time in Silicon Valley at Amazon and Palantir. Will earned a Joint A.B. in Computer Science and Government from Harvard College where he wrote his senior thesis on the application of Thomas Hobbes's political philosophy to problems of cooperation in Artificial Intelligence.
In his spare time, he enjoys discussing philosophy at the Cicero Society, a debate society he founded in Washington, DC, where he lives with his wife Elly.

William Gentry is a software engineer for Numinar. He's worked up and down Numinar's codebase but his current role is focused on improving our reliability, accuracy, and speed as our data scales into the terabytes. He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame in 2022. He's been with Numinar as either and intern or full employee since the early days of Summer 2020, when the interns would code around a dining room table.
