Ms. Pulickan is a multi faceted professional with 30 plus years of strong, decisive executive leadership. She has worked in complex and challenging School environments. She has wide & varied theoretical & practical experience in the field of education in various capacities such as; Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Academic Advisor, Academic Mentor, Student Counsellor, Parent Counsellor, Staff Counsellor, Program Coordinator, Teacher Trainer, Alumni Coordinator, School Administrator, Director of Educational Development and Training, Vice-Principal and Principal. She is a keen administrator with expertise in devising policies & directives, managing school functions with focus on achieving holistic development of all stakeholders. For the past several years she has been the Principal of an international school in Dubai offering Cambridge curriculum.

An educator and social entrepreneur, Mette Bohnstedt is passionate about exploring and designing effective learning opportunities that prepare students for both personal and professional success. She currently works as a senior trainer with Escalino, a social entrepreneurship education initiative for youth. She is a core team member on the design and implementation of the new Northstar PreK-12 international school. Mette is the co-founder and former CEO of Arukay, a South America-based education startup and she is a founding board member of the Danish school EPOS. Mette's previous work experience includes research with Harvard University's online course platform HarvardX and consultancy for the Danish Institute for Human Rights. Mette holds a BSc in Business and Culture from Copenhagen Business School and an MA in Education and Technology from Harvard University. She is currently pursuing an MS in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Mohit is an educator, engineer and entrepreneur who strives to create engaging and insightful learning experiences. He designs and executes learning experiences for teachers and students based on learning theories and cognitive neuroscience. Mohit has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Industrial Systems from the University of Cambridge where he went on a scholarship from the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust. He completed his second master's degree at Harvard University focusing on education and technology. He has been a cross-registered candidate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he focused on institutional management. His program was funded by a scholarship from Harvard University. He has also participated in executive programs at INSEAD (Singapore), Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad and Indian School of Business (Hyderabad).
