Nova developers are both custom home builders and commercial builders specializing in custom home builds and restaurant build outs... Nova Developers is both a land developer and commercial residential builder specializing in custom homes and restaurant build outs... Nova was founded in 1967. It was started by Rich's dad Andre Lemieux who moved to the United States from Canada. Nova has been involved in many Connecticut subdivisions and large projects including; Wheeler Clinic in Plainville and hotel buildings near Lake Winnipesaukee New Hampshire.
