is an Engineer Technician with Peak. Carol has over 10 years of civil and structural engineering drafting/design experience, as well as over 3 years of experience in electric distribution design. She completed the Drafting and Design Technology program at SUNY Ulster in 2008 and NYS Code Enforcement training in 2014. In addition, Carol has a BS degree in Natural Resource Ecology and Management from Cornell University. Depending on the project, she may be involved in any or all aspects of it including fieldwork, design, drafting, and project coordination.
is an Administrative Assistant with Peak since 2012. Karin's attention to detail and organizational skills are utilized daily to accomplish her various tasks. As our ‘Front Desk Representative', Karin welcomes you, answers questions, and directs you to the appropriate company personnel. She works with staff to manage workflow, coordinate meetings, generate reports, performs record keeping, and provides general office support.
is a registered Professional Engineer licensed in NY, MA, MD, ME, PA and RI. Lance has more than 15 years of experience in Structural Design and Analysis, and Civil Engineering. He is active in the Eastern New York Chapter of the Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD). Lance's project experience includes bridge design, load ratings and inspections, crane lift plans, structural design, retaining wall design and analysis, demolition plans and erection procedures. He is experienced with AASHTO, AISC, NYSDOT, and ACI codes.
is an Engineer Technician with Peak since 2013, with drafting and design experience in the fields of structural and civil engineering. She is experienced in the design of residential structures and is familiar with applicable Residential Codes of New York State and local code requirements. She is also an Accredited LEED Green Associate.
Lindsay spent most of her early life aspiring to be a fashion designer; attended FIT, interned in Manhattan, and attended seasonal fashion previews with industry leaders. Shortly after moving to Ulster County, she enrolled in the Drafting and Design program at SUNY Ulster and embarked on a new career path. She has taken the essence of what she loves most about fashion; the construction of a garment, the clean, straight lines of a perfectly sewn seam, the way a well-assembled wardrobe could tell your life story - and has applied that to residential design.
Today, Lindsay works directly with clients providing them fresh ideas and inspiring images, applying the same fundamentals and esthetics of fashion while taking into consideration every detail of the home to make sure it tells your (the clients) life story.
is a Design Engineer with over 28 years of drafting and design experience in the civil engineering field. She is involved in all aspects of residential and commercial site development designs; working with clients from the concept phase, preparing applications and SEQRA forms, and presentation and coordination with all involved agencies (Planning Boards, Health Departments, NYSDEC & NYSDOT) to gain regulatory approvals. Nadine's project experience includes preparing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and Site Development Plan Sets, including, but not limited to Existing Site Conditions, Proposed Improvements, Grading & Drainage, Lighting & Landscaping, and Soil Erosion & Sediment Control.

He is active in the Eastern New York Chapter of the Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Scott's project experience includes civil/site development design, residential and commercial building design and analysis, forensic structural analysis, and project management. He is experienced with AASHTO, AISC, NYSDOT, and ACI codes.
