Anton Pranayama is the Chief Information Officer of PFI Mega Life.
Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University, he started his career as IT Business Analyst in AIA Financial and continue his journey in some other joint venture insurance companies where he played key role in project implementation, governance & transformation.
He has wide IT experience in various IT roles in Life Insurance as well as General Insurance which enrich his knowledge in planning, delivering and supporting strategic IT direction to strengthen Corporate growth.

Dr. Amirsyah Tambunan is an active lecturer of State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Faculty of Islamic Affairs from 2010 - present. And became a review board member and an advisor for the drafting of sharia and syariah banking laws in 2008 to the House of Representatives. Dr. Amirsyah completed his bachelor's degree program in 1989 at the University of IAIN Medan faculty of Islamic Dakwah Communities; in 1997 continued with the graduate program in UIN Jakarta with study program of Islam. Dr. Amirsyah obtained a Doctorate degree in 2007 at the Islamic University of Jakarta with a Doctorate of Islamic Studies program. He is very active in attending seminars and trainings on financial sharia. Dr. Amirsyah is an active member in several syariah financial institutions in accordance with the existing fatwas and regulations.
Dr. H. Firdaus Djaelani, MA obtained his Doctorate degree from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2012. He was a member of the Board of Commissioners and Chief Executive Supervisory for the sectors of insurance companies, finance companies, pension funds, venture capitals, microfinance institutions, pawnshops, National Social Security Administration Agency /BPJS), Fintech and other Non-Bank Financial Institutions in the Financial Services Authority (2012-2017).
He was also a member of the Board of Commissioners and Chief Executive Supervisory of Indonesia Deposit Insurance Agency /LPS (2008 - 2012), Executive Member for Deposit Insurance and Risk Management of Indonesia Deposit Insurance Agency /LPS (2005 - 2008), Independent Commissioner of PT Asuransi Maipark (2004 - 2012), Commissioner at PT (Persero) Reasuransi Indonesia (2003 - 2009), Director of Insurance of the Ministry of Finance (2000-2006), and Operational Director of PT (Persero) Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (1998 - 2000). He has also served as an Advisor of PT Digital Alpha Indonesia (Uang Teman) since October 2017 - now.
Dr. H. Firdaus Djaelani, MA has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners nor with members of the Company's Board of Directors or the Controlling Shareholders. He was appointed as Independent Commissioner since February 2021.
Hani joined PFI Mega Life in February 2019. Hani is responsible for overseeing the implementation of good corporate governance and compliance programs within the Company, as well as ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and prevailing laws and regulations.
Hani is also responsible for implementing the Company's risk management, including overseeing the organization's risk identification and mitigation activities. In addition to being responsible as Director of Compliance and Risk, in April 2019, Hani was appointed as the Company's Business Ethics Officer. She has more than 15 years of experience working in the financial industry.
Hani holds a Masters in Law from the University of Pelita Harapan Jakarta and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management Sydney. Hani has Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation and is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Meilani joined in November 2018 as a Director of Finance, she is responsible for all financial aspects including investment management. Previously, Meilani held the role of Chief Finance and Strategic Officer since 2015 at Adira Insurance in charge of financial control, investment management, and corporate strategy and planning.
Meilani began her career as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand - Siddharta & Siddharta and Arthur Andersen - Prasetio Utomo & Co. She held several financial positions for 7 years working at PT Schlumberger Oilfield Services Indonesia with her last position as Assistant Controller and 10 years working at PT Marsh Indonesia (Marsh McLennan Company) with her last position as Finance Director.
She holds an investment manager representative license from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). She holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Joined the company from April 2018 as Chief of HR. Prior to that, she was the Deputy Head of HR in Cigna Indonesia and Senior HR Business Partner in Cigna Insurance UK . She has Human Resources experience for more than 20 years in multiple industries from hospitality, banking and Insurance. Dona Tamba held a master degree in Commerce from the University of Western Sydney and graduated from Bandung School of Tourism.
She also certified as a professional in leadership facilitator by DDI & Job analysis by Hay and certified as Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) by The American College.

Octavianus Ariwan, has served as Director of Distribution at the company since October 2022. Octa is responsible for leading and developing distribution channels at PFI Mega Life, including; Bancassurance, Telemarketing, and also Agency.

Pavan Dhamija is the Regional President, International Businesses with the overall responsibility of building PII's presence in and its capabilities for success in select markets in Emerging Asia and Africa. In this role, he leads Prudential's efforts to create and nurture business opportunities, ensure delivery of operating and financial results, strengthen JV and key partner relationships and provide governance and strategic oversight to Prudential's investments in these markets. He is also responsible for leading efforts around Business Development and M&A across all of Prudential's Emerging Markets.
Prior to this role, Mr Dhamija was Head of Strategy and Innovation for PII. In this role, he developed, influenced and implemented internal and external strategies for PII to accelerate business growth, meet long-term goals and strengthen its ability to compete as future-ready company.
Previously, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Prudential's life insurance Joint Venture in India. In this role, he focused on finding the long-term strategy for the business, strengthening the company's business proposition in the local market, building a robust operating model for its sustained growth and ensuring a change in the local joint venture partner.
Mr Dhamija is a financial services professional with more than 25 years of industry experience in India and abroad - primarily with GE, Standard Chartered Bank, HDB (HDFC Bank) and now Prudential Financial. He has initiated and implemented effective business models in India and China and built successful strategic partnerships, many from scratch. Mr Dhamija has direct experience across retail asset and life insurance businesses/ products with deep experience in driving P&L's and creating long-term value.
Pavan Dhamija is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Samdarshi Sumit is a President Director of PT PFI Mega Life Insurance. Prior to his current role, he was the Managing Director of Generali Insurance and Banking for 4 years. Samdarshi has lived and worked in India and Vietnam. Now, in 2019 he lives in Indonesia.
Samdarshi is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore and spent his early corporate years at HDFC Bank, the largest bank in India by market cap of over 100Bn. He also worked in the areas of Retail Lending, Branch Banking, Priority Banking, and Wealth Management & Bancassurance during this period.
Interestingly, despite his ambitious on works area, he also pursues some interests in Yoga and one of the Triathlete. He has completed his first Ironman 70.3 on early 2019.
Mrs. Usti has experience as an Actuary for more than 20 years in the Life Insurance Industry and more than 9 years as an Appointed Actuary in several life insurance companies. In the beginning of her career, she started as an Actuarial Specialist at Manulife Indonesia for almost 7 years and continued her journey in several joint venture companies such as AIA Indonesia, Sun Life Indonesia, Great Eastern Life Indonesia, FWD Life Indonesia, then worked as Head of Actuarial and Product Development at China Life Indonesia, and currently she is the Chief Actuary at PT. PFI Mega Life Insurance. Mrs. Usti is a Bachelor of Mathematics, alumni of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and holds her MBA at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) by majoring Strategic Management at the Faculty of Business Economics. She also certified as a professional, which are Fellow of Society Actuaries Indonesia (FSAI) and Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP).
