Founded in 2001 by the Huynh family, Phở Ca Dao currently has 6 locations throughout San Diego, including Mira Mesa, East County, Rancho Bernardo, Santee, Poway and Chula Vista... We pride ourselves in creating each dish with our genuine love and passion for Vietnamese cuisine that stems from our strong family values. The word "Ca Dao" in Phở Ca Dao means folk songs, a cultural tradition that's been passed down from one generation to the next; similar to phở, a traditional Vietnamese fare that has stood the test of time. We continue to preserve the authenticity of Vietnamese recipes that also encourages a healthier way of eating.
