Amy Haase is an experienced urban planner at RDG. She has managed projects including transportation studies, comprehensive plans, housing market studies, downtown and corridor redevelopment, neighborhood revitalization, and park master plans.
Amy is a trusted leader in developing plans and leading public engagement processes that fit the needs of communities of all sizes throughout the Midwest. She holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies from the University of Nebraska Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Wayne State College and is certified with the International Association for Public Participation.

Blaine is a licensed architect in the sports studio with over 10 years of experience designing sports/wellness facilities on 25 college campuses and in several communities.
Bob Krupa is a Senior Partner with over 25 years of professional architectural experience, including all phases of design, project management, and construction administration.
Bob specializes in religious and corporate design, producing work that has been recognized with numerous design awards at the local, regional, and national levels.
A holder of both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Bob believes that design can be carried to the smallest details of a project without significant additional cost to the client. His attention to detail, together with his passion for high-quality documentation, helped RDG earn the Nebraska AGC's Best Construction Document Award for producing the most complete and contractor-friendly documents.
In addition, Bob has extensive experience coordinating IT and audiovisual design and implementation, as well as the integration of artwork and graphics into successful installations.
Brad is a licensed architect and LEED and WELL Accredited Professional.

Catrina Cook is not only an interior designer with more than 15 years of experience, but she's also well-versed in the art and science of human capital and leadership development.
After several years working in design, she realized her passion for finding the very best talent and fostering a positive workplace culture and subsequently moved into her current role focused on firm-wide recruiting and onboarding efforts.
Catrina is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and plays a critical role in helping RDG's employees discover and capitalize on their strengths. David leads the planning and design efforts for the Public Safety Market including those for Police, Fire and Military clients.
Over the past 20 years, David has designed facilities for the training of public safety personnel and provided leadership on large-scale higher education projects. David has led the development of nationally recognized projects, including recognition in Fire Chief Magazine for the City of Omaha Public Safety Training Facility with the Gold - Station Style Design Award for Training Centers, and several design awards from the American Institute of Architects.
David is a professional member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), as well as the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Jay is a partner, architect, and wellness advocate at RDG Planning & Design, where his focus is on strategic planning, design, and project management for the Senior Living market.

Kelley Hoffman is a partner and interior designer at RDG. All of Kelley's nearly 20 years of design experience have been in the senior living market, where she can truly say that she loves what she does.
She has completed more than 900 senior living projects in 27 states, varying in size from small interior updates to new development of CCRCs and Lifeplan Communities. Her passion lies in working with communities, especially with residents, to deliver projects that are unique to each client; considerate of their budget, mission, design vision, and demographic and regional appropriateness. Kelley is proud and honored to have an abundance of repeat clients whom she also calls friends. These relationships can be attributed to her enjoyment of being part of a team of like-minded individuals who share her passion for serving seniors by doing what they love and what they do best.
Kelley is a noted contributor to a published white paper on resident design preferences, has served as a jury/panel member for a number of design competitions, speaks regularly at conferences for organizations such as Leading Age and Green House, has written numerous articles for Long Term Living, and has been on design teams for multiple award-winning projects.
