At Resilience, we focus on every individual's specific needs. We strive to offer massage techniques to meet each individual's needs from sports massage to perinatal, from injury recovery and chronic pain management to structural integration and deep relaxation. We work from a thorough intake evaluation to help manage musculoskeletal and soft tissue pain and dysfunction through massage, connective tissue molding, cranial sacral therapy, postural reeducation, yoga therapy, and stretches. We offer referrals and resources through a network of colleagues to offer our clients the best wellness possibility... After 23 years of private practice, Wendy wanted to expand yet offer something more and give something back. Thus the start of Resilience and the mentoring clinic of Flagstaff to help other massage therapy practitioners build a practice and expand their repertoire of techniques.
