Our approach is manufacturing fully completed prefabricated panels that can be assembled into different configurations. These panels are structural, have interior and exterior architectural finishes and are certified as meeting International Building Codes by ICC Evaluation Service, the most widely accepted evaluators of construction material in the nation. These panels include the foundation, interior and exterior walls and the roof structure creating versatile, cost-effective, and sustainable dwellings... We have developed a groundbreaking construction technique that has the potential to reshape the entire affordable homebuilding industry. What sets us apart is our unique methods. A typical modular home approach is to take a house plan, design and manufacture prefabricated structural sections at an off-site facility, set the sections on a concrete foundation and then install finishes in the interior and the exterior.
