He holds a PGDM degree in Sales & Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies Mumbai. He is a IT service business strategist with a career spanning over 20 years. He has been an Entrepreneur with extensive work experience in area of customer service delivery, technology integration and human resource management.
