A tech-savvy problem solver by nature, Fayn is responsible for the long-term strategic vision for S-NET and is directly involved in product innovation, finance, sales, marketing and strategic customer management. S-NET Field Network Engineer, Bob Thoms started out as a General Manager of a local Chicago pizza joint, but returned to the technology he loved as a kid when a severe injury left him unable to run a quick serve restaurant. Now he is leveraging his experience and passion for the service industry to support S-NET's many clients in the quick serve sector and beyond.
S-NET Accountant, Emily Fischer is motivated by optimizing internal processes within the accounting cycle and enjoys helping clients with billing questions. In her free time, she likes to run, play the violin and perform with her twin sister. Can you guess the name of their violin duo?
Co-Founder and CTO Eugene Likhovid spearheads S-NET's long-term technology vision. With vast experience in network engineering and architecture for Fortune 500 companies, he is responsible for the evolution of S-NET's core infrastructure and cloud technology solutions. He oversees the implementation of system integrations, best practices and KPIs to streamline internal operations and support the development of the company's cloud communications offering. Likhovid finds customer satisfaction, the introduction of new technologies, and his team's success the main motivators behind his efforts. With 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, George Gazdacka joined S-NET in 2016 and serves as a main point of contact for customers for billing, account, technical or product offering related questions. Gazdacka thrives under new challenges and enjoys finding innovative solutions to support clients in reaching their business objectives. Gina Garcia has been an indispensable member of S-NET's team since 2014. When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Gina highlights the family atmosphere and camaraderie without hesitation and is proud of her 5 year tenure at the company. With a wide range of experience in marketing communications, Ildiko Balogh joined S-NET in 2017 to manage the service provider's marketing and lead generation efforts and advance awareness and adoption of S-NET's leading cloud communications solutions. Responsible for strategy, PR, digital marketing, content creation, collateral development, vendor relations as well as client and partner communications, she ensures that the S-NET story is told through a wide variety of channels. In her free time, Ildiko enjoys dancing, hiking, rollerblading and biking, as well as exploring the world through travel whenever possible.

Jim Cronin brings 30+ years of experience in telecommunications to S-NET and spearheads the company's project and operations management. Serving in a leadership position since 2009, he oversees a team of project managers and engineers, coordinates the onboarding and installation of new clients, manages vendor relationships, works closely with Accounting to ensure accurate billing, and acts as a primary source of escalation to resolve issues. Deeply motivated by client satisfaction, Cronin streamlines the customer onboarding process, ensuring quality implementation of S-NET's cloud-based solutions. He enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and watching baseball or hockey.

S-NET Strategic Alliance Manager, Jim Kowalski started his career in wholesale mortgage banking and made a switch to telecommunications in 2007. In addition to helping prospective S-NET clients find customized solutions to their business challenges, Jim also works with numerous IT vendors, consultants, and telecom professionals in S-NET's Partner Channel. In his free time, Jim is an avid runner, planning to run his 14th full marathon this fall.

A part of S-NET's team since 2013, Levi Ilyes is responsible for building, managing and operating the company's enterprise cloud network and data centers, evaluating and integrating new technologies into S-NET's service offerings, as well as designing and deploying custom network solutions for customers. A perfectionist by nature, he is motivated by innovations in the field, delivering the best possible service to S-NET's customers and ensuring they are in capable and reliable hands when they are facing a problem. With most of his work performed sitting in front of a computer, he enjoys finding balance in an active lifestyle with sports ranging from running, biking and swimming to weight lifting and playing basketball.

Provisioning Specialist, Mico Cha, started out as a Web Tech Analysis for tech giant GoDaddy. His career has taken a 360 and now he works as a Provisioning Specialist for S-NET Communications, where his experience and challenges allow him to grow and provide a better lifestyle for his family.
With 20+ years of experience in telecommunications and IT, Mike Hensgen joined S-NET in 2017. He is responsible for growing the company's sales channels and developing new markets. Hensgen oversees the Sales Team, nurtures the company's partner relationships, and is in charge of developing and implementing new growth strategies. Hensgen deeply enjoys learning about different businesses, discussing their unique challenges and providing technology solutions to meet their evolving needs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing with his dog, Coco.
