Daniella is a Paralegal graduate of the University of San Diego. Prior to graduating from the Paralegal Program, Daniella attended the University of California, San Diego, graduating with a B.S. in Management Science and a minor in Mathematics.
Daniella's legal career began in criminal law, interning at the Public Defender's Office. She then joined the Chhokar Law Group, P.C., where she assists the team with all aspects of estate planning and asset protection.
When she isn't in the office, Daniella pursues music and is a concert cellist.
Donna is a Paralegal Studies graduate of UC San Diego. Before making the switch to the legal field, she was an Emmy award-winning journalist and worked in television stations around the country.
Donna's legal career began in California Lemon Law, working as an intake specialist. She then joined Chhokar Law Group, and currently works with the Litigation team on all Trust and Estate dispute matters. Donna's extensive investigative background adds an extra layer of thoroughness for our clients, while her specialized writing skills strengthen our firm's written communications and legal arguments.
When she is not in the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her son and husband and attending as many live theater performances as possible.

Gian is a tenacious litigator who believes in her clients, treats them with respect, and is straightforward in conveying with their legal rights, options and risks. She fights hard to protect her clients and to bring their problems to a resolution.
Gian is a former Partner and Director of Litigation Operations at the Trust and Estate litigation firm, Albertson and Davidson, LLP. While at Albertson & Davidson, LLP, Gian branched out to open the firm's Orange County location, and assisted hundreds of clients throughout California in successfully resolving their Trust and Estate disputes. Gian is excited to have joined Chhokar Law Group's litigation team where her focus will continue to be Trust and Estate Litigation throughout California.

Hilary is a Paralegal graduate of the University of San Diego. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Hilary attended San Diego State University and graduated with a B. A. in Philosophy.
As for her Paralegal role with Chhokar Law Group, Hillary assists the team in all aspects of clients' estate planning, including pre-engagement organization, execution of plans and funding verifications. As the Client Services Director, she is available to assist clients with any questions or concerns.
When she isn't working, Hilary is off enjoying one of San Diego's finest and most plentiful assets, the beach.
Kim is a seasoned estate, trust, and probate paralegal with over 30 years experience in probate matters, including both bench and jury trials.
Kim is able to adapt to any challenge that may arise, while at the same time remaining compassionate and empathic to the difficult issues and complex dynamics that face many of our clients in probate administration and litigation.
Kim is the backbone of our litigation team and brings invaluable knowledge, experience, and expertise to our practice. In her spare time, Kim enjoys gardening and camping with her family and friends.

Before opening the litigation department at Chhokar Law Group, Kimberley spent over a decade developing her litigation skills, with a majority of her practice dedicated to trust and estate litigation. Kimberley understands that her clients are often experiencing feelings of loss, confusion, and betrayal and seek clarity and direction in this often counterintuitive legal arena.
With over 20 years of boxing experience, Kimberley is a fierce litigator and takes pride in protecting and preserving her clients' rights against aggressive opponents. Kimberley has represented clients in a variety of litigated matters ranging from financial elder abuse, trust invalidation, contested conservatorships, probate administration, contested probates, recovery of assets, accounting disputes, and a range of fiduciary duty violations. Her practice includes litigating in courts across the state of California, the California Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Kimberley has been named a Rising Star in Super Lawyers and is involved in many practice-focused associations including her recent election as a board member of the San Diego County Bar, Estate Planning Division.
Kristopher Williams, J.D., is an attorney practicing exclusively in the area of estate planning. Kris is a native of Southern California as is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California.
Kris began his law career as a student-intern at Heiting & Irwin, in Riverside, CA. He later joined that firm as an attorney, handling his own caseload. While in Riverside, he volunteered at the Public Service Law Corporation, providing Pro Bono assistance to low-income individuals and families. Kris also enjoys helping the next generation of lawyers. In his free time, Kris volunteered as an attorney-coach for a local high school's mock-trial team.
At the Chhokar Law Group, Kris focuses his practice on estate planning for individuals, families and business owners. Kristopher earned his undergraduate degree from California State University of San Bernardino and attended law school with a scholarship from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, CA. He was quickly invited to be a member of the Dean's Circle and earned demarcation as an honors student. After his first year at WSU, Kris attended New England School of Law's study abroad program in Ireland at the Irish Center for Human Rights at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he studied Civil Juries and International Humanitarian Law.
Upon receiving her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Mara went on to complete an M.A. degree in Peace & Justice at the Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies at the University of San Diego. Prior to joining Chhokar Law Group as a legal assistant, Mara gained a diversity of experience working as a co-facilitator at a domestic violence rehabilitation program, a client services specialist at a financial consulting firm, and an intake specialist at New Zealand's leading mental health organization, and more.
Mara's diversified skill set, along with her motivated drive for success, makes her an invaluable asset to the litigation department. Her ability to problem-solve and multi-task ensures that our office runs smoothly and efficiently so that our lawyers and paralegals can focus their efforts on our clients and their cases.
In her spare time, Mara enjoys traveling, visiting national parks, adventuring with her beloved rescue dog, and spending time with her loved ones.
As an accomplished estate planning attorney, Mike focuses his practice on all aspect of estate planning from basic estate plans (Trust, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives) to advanced estate planning and business transactions, income tax planning, probate, trust administration, charitable trusts and charitable planning.Mike is well versed in the more sophisticated techniques such as Dynasty Trusts and Asset Protection vehicles. Mike is also an in-demand lecturer for CPAs, attorneys and financial advisors.
Mike started his law career as a litigator, handling complex, multi-party cases from complaint through trial in areas such as wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and construction, as well as business and breach-of-contract matters.Mike has represented companies such as Wal-Mart, Target and Costco, and performed work for insurance companies such as State Farm, Mercury and Federated Mutual. This background and unique perspective enables him to effectively analyze and prepare potential Asset Protection strategies for his clients.
Mike earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis. He attended law school while under scholarship at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was active in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and La Raza Law Students Association. During law school, he attended the Tulane Law School's study abroad program in Rhodes, Greece, where he studied under their maritime law program. Mike is from Southern California and is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California, as well as the Southern and Central Federal District courts.
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and coaches several sports, including baseball, football and soccer. Mike is also currently the president of Del Mar Little League and an avid supporter of the San Diego Gulls Hockey Club.
Stephanie is a Paralegal graduate of the University of San Diego. Prior to graduating from the Paralegal Program, Stephanie attended the San Diego State University and had a career in sales.
Stephanie's legal career began at Chhokar Law Group, where she assists the team with all aspects of estate planning and asset protection.
When she isn't in the office, Stephanie enjoys jogging, and being with her family as much as possible.
