Bill has had a career in Real Estate for over two decades! He decided to earn his license in 1999 and become a Realtor. In 2001 he went back to real estate school and earned his Broker's license. Prior to that, Bill had 10+ rental properties and he learned a great deal about the rental market and how to fix up homes with his own hands. That's been a huge value for Bill's clients when looking at multifamily units. Bill has extensive in-market experience, including time as a Broker-in-Charge of Regan and Company, then Hunter Rowe. Also, he has been awarded at one of the top real estate firms, Linda Craft Residential. Bill is a problem solver that can handle the pressure of ANY Real Estate transaction! Getting the best price and terms for his buyers is so important to him. When Bill takes a listing he helps his sellers by sitting down, listening and coming up with a game plan to market their home and get it to closing. Don-Carlos Moniz

Don-Carlos has a diverse background and a broad range of experience. He came to the real estate industry after successful careers in fire and emergency services and military aviation. Along the way, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics, a Master of Public Administration and Policy Analysis, and a Master of Business Administration and Real Estate Development. After retiring from the military, Don-Carlos began working as a residential real estate agent and quickly developed a specialty in working with investors. It was not long before Don-Carlos jumped to commercial real estate, and he has never looked back. Today, Don-Carlos leverages his knowledge and skills to help investors build, divest, and recapitalize their commercial portfolios. Don-Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, photography, and occasionally fitting in a B-rated sci-fi when he is not focused on real estate.

Eric Conklin - VP

Mr. Conklin has been trusted to maximize value for clients in the sale of over $1.2bn worth of multifamily real estate assets to date, and with a 9 figure 2021 on the horizon. Beginning his career at a large regional brokerage, he was afforded the unique opportunity to plan and execute on full-scale national mass marketing programs. The next 4 years included transacting exclusively in an off-market capacity - on existing multifamily product and development sites - which has resulted in Mr. Conklin having significant experience on both sides of the sales process. Typical investor profiles range from REITs, to family offices from both east and west coasts, to Chinese sovereign wealth funds, to private individuals. Mr. Conklin holds a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin's #1 ranked undergraduate program, as well as an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins' Carey School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, borrowing friends' dogs to go rollerblading, and writing bios about himself in third person.

Erin Alderson - CMO

Erin leads the company's marketing efforts, with responsibility for overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, designing mortgage and investment sales collateral, increasing corporate brand awareness, and all internal and external communications for the company. Before joining Sweetwater Capital, Erin has 13 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and communications. Her adaptation for wearing multiple hats has earned her the opportunity to work in a variety of businesses including public relations, international event production, and publishing. Her experience across these industries provides her a solid foundation to provide insight into marketing trends and implementation online and offline. Erin received her BFA at East Carolina University's School of Art and Design, as well as an advanced certification in digital communications from the School of Communication Arts in Raleigh, NC.

Rosalyn was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City. She relocated to Raleigh, NC in the early 2000s. Rosalyn has over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate multifamily asset division with a successful lease, management, and sales record. As a commercial real estate broker, her center focus includes implementing and working together in evaluating methods, which I believe are a core strength that suits the interest in obtaining an investment asset. My professional affiliation includes Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) which opens the opportunity for international buyers, investors, and sellers. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Rosalyn enjoys traveling with her family and trying out new recipes to cook in her free time.
