Aaron L. Squyres is a Partner and Shareholder of Wilson & Associates, PLLC and is the Managing Attorney of the Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Unsecured Collection Departments. Mr. Squyres received his education from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville (BA, 1988) and the University of Arkansas, School of Law (JD, 1991). He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 1991 and the Bar of the State of Tennessee in 2004. He is a Master of the Bench of the Henry Woods Inn of Court and a member of the Arkansas and Tennessee Bar Associations. Mr. Squyres is very active in the Arkansas Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Trustees, has chaired both the Legislation and Governance Committees and several other Task Forces, served as the 2016 Annual Meeting Chair, and was the Parliamentarian from 2017-2022. His primary area of practice is mortgage banking litigation. He is a military history buff and an avid golfer.
Adam Perdue is an attorney with the Deed-in-Lieu Department of the firm. He is a native of Little Rock and received his education at Hendrix College (B.A., Economics, 2004) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law (J.D., 2009). He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 2009. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. He has served as past president of the Harvesters Young Professional Group, for which his service included co-chairing several fundraisers for the Arkansas Foodbank. His areas of practice have included asset recovery, mortgage banking litigation, deed-in-lieu, and bankruptcy.

Charles T. Ward is a Partner. He received his education from the University of Arkansas (B.A., 1977) and the University of Arkansas School of Law (J.D., 1984). He was a member of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Journal. Mr. Ward was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 1984 and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. He has extensive experience in representing mortgage creditors in foreclosures and bankruptcies. Mr. Ward's current practice is concentrated in real estate closings and title insurance.
Courtney McGahhey is a Partner in the Foreclosure department of Wilson & Associates, PLLC, focusing on non-judicial foreclosures. She received her education from the University of Arkansas (B.A. 2005) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law (J.D. 2008, High Honors). She was admitted to the Bar of the state of Arkansas in 2008, the Bar of the State of Texas in 2009, the Bar of the State of Tennessee in 2016, and the Bar of the State of Mississippi in 2024. She is a member of Arkansas Bar Association, and a 2016 recipient of the American Legal & Financial Network's (ALFN) Junior Professionals & Executives Picture the Future Award. Courtney is actively involved in both the ALFN and USFN, where she has served as a panelist at multiple industry seminars and continuing education courses. Under her aegis, the department has championed innovative strategies to both attract and nurture top-tier talent.
In 2022, Erica expanded her leadership role to encompass the Administrative and Facilities Departments, reinforcing productivity and success across these crucial support arenas within the firm.
A seasoned expert in human resources and administration, Erica actively engages with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association (CAHRA). Since 2021, she has been a dedicated contributor to CAHRA's Legislative and DEI Committee. Erica holds certifications in Human Resource Law, FMLA Compliance, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Her rich professional journey spans over 15 years in the legal sector, having served as an Executive Assistant, Senior Paralegal, and Manager of Administrative Services.
Away from work, Erica's world is delightfully lively. You might find her swinging a golf club with her husband, Joe, or cherishing precious moments with their daughter, "EK." Taco nights with Erica's crew are sacred rituals-think laughter, family, friends, and a holy devotion to guacamole! The real stars, however, are their three (ornery, but adorable) miniature dachshunds, Omobono, Francesco, and Dolly Barkin', bringing endless joy and a touch of chaos to every day.

Erika has been the Supervisor of the Revenue Team since 2021. She is an honor graduate from Capella University earning a Bachelor's in Business Administration. Erika is active in her community, spends quality time with her mom and serves as a mentor in the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society. Prior to joining the firm, Erika worked as paramedic and has 10 years of experience in the medical field. Erika is married Brandon, a wildland firefighter for the United States Forest Service. In her free time, you can find them on the lake or riding ATV trails through the forest.
Heather Martin-Herron is a Partner and Supervising Attorney in the Bankruptcy Department at Wilson & Associations, PLLC. She is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and received her education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (A.A. 2004; B.A. 2006). She received her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law (J.D. 2011, Honors). Heather was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2011, the Tennessee Bar in 2013, and the Mississippi Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar Association. Heather was appointed to the Board of Directors for Central Arkansas Rescue Effort (C.A.R.E.) for Animals in 2019, elected as Secretary in 2020. She was elected as President of C.A.R.E.'s Board of Directors in 2021 and continues to serve as their President.

Jack Harvey is the Director of Attorney's Title Group, LLC and holds an Arkansas Real Estate license. Jack received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, where he served as President of the Engineering School student body and Vice President of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Upon graduation, he worked in computer sales for IBM in Memphis, TN.
Following several years of experience with IBM, Jack ran three different technology companies, and eventually returned to Arkansas to form his own company, Enterprise Financial Solutions, Inc. After 19 successful years at EFS, he sold his interest in the company to transition into new ventures, including his role as Director at Attorney's Title Group.
Jack was a Rotary Club member for 15 years and loves the idea of service above self. He has also served as Chair of the Homeless Committee. He served two terms as Senior Warden at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Church. He and his wife, Jennifer, served as Co-Chairs of the Saints and Sinners Gala, the fundraiser for the Arkansas Repertory Theater. He is an active member of Leadership Little Rock and has formerly served on its Alumni Board. He is also an active member of the Central Arkansas Executives Association, where he previously served as President.
Jack and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 23 years, and he has two stepchildren, Robert and Jillian. Jack and Jennifer are active members of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Church and they very much enjoy traveling around the globe together.

Jim Acuff, C.P.A., is the Executive Director of Finance and Non-Legal Operations and member of the Executive Committee of The Wilson Law Group.
Jim is responsible for all non-legal related departments including finance, revenue, human resources, compliance, information technology, and marketing. He is involved in each department's day-to-day activities and works with the teams to accomplish their established objectives. He is highly involved in the development of company culture and has an in-depth understanding of the role that culture plays in the success of the organization. He has implemented a strong value culture throughout the organization, creating a positive and dynamic environment. Jim is also very involved with the firm's Leadership Committee to enhance their ability to be effective leaders.
Jim received his education from Lipscomb University (B.S., Accounting, 1985) and Tennessee Technological University (M.B.A., 1986) and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988. Jim is an accomplished visionary executive with 30 years of experience in growth-oriented, middle market companies. His experience in the strategic direction of businesses has led to his many accomplishments and the success of each company.

Jason Lafayette is the Director of Technology, Analytics & Process Services, and a member of the LEAD committee at The Wilson Law Group. Jason has been with the firm since 2003.
Jason is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technology operations of the firm, which include the Desktop and Network Services group, along with the Business Processes Analysts, Applications and Development groups. These teams have collectively played vital roles in delivering robust technology and data gathering functions for the firm. These services and deliverables help ensure the firm's technology not only meet today's standards, but also the industry's projected standards for security and reliability. The TAPS department is very aware of the important part technology plays in any modern business and has a responsibility to make sure the firm is ready to take on any challenge and opportunity. Using lessons learned from the LEAD committee, and the examples of our Executive Committee, Jason works closely with his peers to better understand their individual lines of business, and tailoring TAPS to be a productive partner in their endeavors.
Originally from California, via Texas; Jason made his way to Arkansas to attend Harding University. After college, Jason attended the North American Education Centers night school, in order to study the latest in computer systems and network design. Jason has been working in the IT arena since 1997 and exclusively with technology since 2000. His IT career has ranged from auto, telecom infrastructure, and global power industries. Jason ultimately found his calling in supporting the legal community.
Jason's passion is his family, and finds his most satisfaction when reading, experiencing the details of complex mechanical items, and witnessing the skills exerted by experts of almost any subject matter.

Jawanda Burton is the Employee Services Administrator at Wilson & Associates. She is responsible for payroll, benefits, 401k, orientation, reconcile bill, and other various employee concerns. Jawanda has been with Wilson & Associates for 19 years, beginning her career with the firm in December of 1998. She attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and majored in accounting. She has been married for 29 years and she and her husband have two children.
Jennifer Wilson-Harvey is the Co-Managing Partner, and a member of the Executive Committee of Wilson & Associates, a three-state law firm dedicated to the representation of the real estate and mortgage banking industry in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Wilson & Associates is a certified national woman-owned business.
Ms. Wilson-Harvey received a B.S. from Louisiana State University and an MBA and J.D. with Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She was admitted to the Bar of the States of Arkansas and Tennessee in 1999 and Mississippi in 2017. Jessica was born in Canton, Ohio and lived in Hartville, Ohio her whole childhood. She attended Harding University, in Searcy, Arkansas and graduated in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in business management. She met her husband at Harding and decided to permanently relocate to Conway, Arkansas in October of 2004. She began her career with Wilson & Associates in January of 2005, working in the Bankruptcy department.
Jessica was promoted to Bankruptcy Manager in 2017. Jessica's pride and joy are her two children, Mason and Miley, who take up all of her spare time. When she is not watching her daughter dance or her son participate in karate, they are typically playing at the park, hiking, watching football, or on a trip to Branson.

Jillian Wilson is a Co-Managing Partner and supervising attorney in the Foreclosure Legal Department at Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C. She received her education from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. (B.A. 2011), the University of Arkansas School of Law (J.D. 2013, Cum Laude), and the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business (M.B.A. 2023). Joel W. Giddens is a Partner of Wilson & Associates, PLLC and is the supervising attorney for the firm's Tennessee bankruptcy attorneys. Mr. Giddens received his education from Rhodes College (B.A., 1986) and the University of Memphis (M.A., 1991; J.D., 1994) and was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1994, in Mississippi in 2017, and in Arkansas in 2018. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi and is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Giddens is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, serving as past chair of the Bankruptcy Section, and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association's Bankruptcy Executive Council, and prior chair of the counsel. Kate Lachowsky-Khan is a Partner and supervising attorney in the Bankruptcy Department at Wilson & Associates, PLLC. She has a background in management and creditor rights relating to real estate. While at the firm, she has practiced in both the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Departments.
She is a native of Paso Robles, California and received her undergraduate degree from Sonoma State University in 2006 (B.A., Psychology, Cum Laude) and earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2011, where she also earned the Dean's Certificate of Service. While in law school, Kate was a finalist in the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Tournament and an octofinalist at the John Marshall Law School International Moot Court Competition in IT & Privacy Law in Chicago. She was a member of the Moot Court Board, a volunteer at Arkansas Children's Hospital, and a Big Sister with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Arkansas.

Keith Morrison is a Partner located in our Fayetteville litigation office. He is a native of Fayetteville, Arkansas. He received his education from Hendrix College (B.A. 1981) and Vanderbilt University, (J.D. 1984). He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1984 and to the Tennessee Bar in 2006. He is a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. His civic activities include Hendrix College Alumni Board of Governors (1997-2000); Bethany Christian Services of Northwest Arkansas (Board of Directors 1998-2022); and St. Joseph's School (Advisory Board 2001-2003). Nicole West is the Manager of the Foreclosure Department. She graduated from Southwest Christian Academy in Little Rock. She is married to Tim West, and has a spunky three-year-old daughter, Aubrey. She has been with the firm since December 2012. Prior to joining the firm, she previously worked in the financial industry for over five years. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and preparing for the next upcoming holiday.
Randall S. Bueter was a Partner at Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., a law firm with the primary focus on servicing the needs of the mortgage industry. He was legal counsel to the closing and title departments of Attorney's Title Group (ATG). Mr. Bueter began his career as a real estate broker and homebuilder and had positions in mortgage loan originations, beginning with the Lomas & Nettleton Company in the late 70's. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 1993, and by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 2003. Mr. Bueter received his education from Washington University (B.A., 1975) and University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law (J.D., 1993). As Business Information Development Manager, Rita Speas is responsible for providing information needed throughout the Firm and for promoting efficiencies through automation. She and her team deliver information via application reports, email reports, web service data transfer, intranet functionality, user support tools, process support applications, and ad hoc reporting. This information is utilized by Firm personnel primarily for supervisory and exception handling purposes and for interface/integration among core application systems and third party entities.
Rita was instrumental in developing and supporting the predecessor foreclosure and bankruptcy case management systems for the firm beginning in 1986. Her application development areas of focus prior to that included zero-based budget systems, toxicology data management systems, process-control automation applications for manufacturing, and zero-defects parts picking and assembly systems.
Rita is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. She received her B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1973. She has worked in computer software development and management positions since that time. Outside the office, she enjoys running, biking, scuba diving, snow skiing, gardening, and supporting charity events.

Robert M. Wilson, Jr. was the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1952. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, 1978, and U.S. Supreme Court in 1986. He was admitted to practice in 1991 to Texas and in 1996 to Tennessee. He received his education from the University of Arkansas (B.A., 1974) and (J.D., 1977). He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Kappa Sigma fraternities. He has acted as general counsel to the Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Association since 1984. He has been the recipient of many awards including: Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas President's Award for Excellence for 1978-1988 and again for 1993-1994. He was a Special Commissioner of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission in 1980. He was also a founding board member of the USFN serving two terms as its original President and Chairman of the Board and has chaired virtually all of the USFN's standing committees. He has received numerous awards from the USFN for excellence in his field.
Mr. Wilson was also an accomplished author and public speaker. He authored Act 57 for the Arkansas Legislature of 1987 (the Arkansas Statutory Foreclosure Act), Act 15 for the Arkansas Legislative Extraordinary Session in 1988. He was a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute (1987-1988), Pulaski County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Arkansas Trial Lawyers, and Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He has dedicated his practice to the representation to foreclosures, bankruptcies, deeds in lieu, title defense, and secondary mortgage market transactions and deficiency, replevin actions, and general creditor collections.

Robbie is the Central Arkansas Representative of the YLS to the Arkansas Bar Association, is a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association and the Judge Henry Woods Inns of Court, and is a board member of the Pulaski County Bar Foundation. He is a committee member for the National Creditors Bar Association and Commercial Law League of America. He was an honoree of the 2015 Class of Little Rock's Finest awarded by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Prior to joining Wilson & Associates, Robbie was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Pulaski County.

Sammy High is an Associate Partner in the Litigation Department. His primary areas of practice include defense litigation, mortgage banking litigation, family law, business/corporate law, probate and criminal law. Sammy earned his B.S. degree from the University of Central Arkansas (1998) and his J.D. from William H. Bowen School of Law (2001). He was admitted to the bar in Arkansas in 2001 and is licensed to practice before the 8th Circuit. He is also licensed to practice in Tennessee and before the 6th Circuit. Sammy is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
Sammy has served on several Arkansas Bar Association subcommittees including the committees for a Modern Judiciary, Arkansas Mock Trial, and Lawyers for Literacy. He presently serves on the Law Related Education and Legal Forms committees. Shannon Dilday is the Supervisor of the Tennessee Non-Judicial foreclosure team. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with her bachelor's in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She is married to Taylor Dilday, and has the sweetest little almost-one year old daughter, Hayes Iris. She has been with the firm since 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 3 years working in customer research at the Walmart Home Office.

Shellie Wallace is a Partner/Shareholder and Managing Attorney of the Foreclosure Legal and Foreclosure Title Departments. She received her education from Arkansas Tech University (B.A., 1989, Highest Honors) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law (J.D., 1992). She was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 1992 and Tennessee in 2006. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and former member of the USFN. She has significant experience in consumer protection litigation, legislation and administrative procedures. Her practice areas focus in real estate and creditors rights.
