Aaron L. Squyres

Aaron L. Squyres is a Partner and Shareholder of Wilson & Associates, PLLC and is the Managing Attorney of the Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Unsecured Collection Departments. Mr. Squyres received his education from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville (BA, 1988) and the University of Arkansas, School of Law (JD, 1991). He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 1991 and the Bar of the State of Tennessee in 2004. He is a Master of the Bench of the Henry Woods Inn of Court and a member of the Arkansas and Tennessee Bar Associations. Mr. Squyres is very active in the Arkansas Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Trustees, has chaired both the Legislation and Governance Committees and several other Task Forces, served as the 2016 Annual Meeting Chair, and was the Parliamentarian from 2017-2022. His primary area of practice is mortgage banking litigation. He is a military history buff and an avid golfer.

Charles T. Ward

Jack Harvey

Jack Harvey is the Director of Attorney's Title Group, LLC and holds an Arkansas Real Estate license. Jack received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, where he served as President of the Engineering School student body and Vice President of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Upon graduation, he worked in computer sales for IBM in Memphis, TN. Following several years of experience with IBM, Jack ran three different technology companies, and eventually returned to Arkansas to form his own company, Enterprise Financial Solutions, Inc. After 19 successful years at EFS, he sold his interest in the company to transition into new ventures, including his role as Director at Attorney's Title Group. Jack was a Rotary Club member for 15 years and loves the idea of service above self. He has also served as Chair of the Homeless Committee. He served two terms as Senior Warden at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Church. He and his wife, Jennifer, served as Co-Chairs of the Saints and Sinners Gala, the fundraiser for the Arkansas Repertory Theater. He is an active member of Leadership Little Rock and has formerly served on its Alumni Board. He is also an active member of the Central Arkansas Executives Association, where he previously served as President. Jack and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 23 years, and he has two stepchildren, Robert and Jillian. Jason Lafayette is the Director of Technology, Analytics & Process Services, and a member of the LEAD committee at The Wilson Law Group. Jason has been with the firm since 2003. Jason is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technology operations of the firm, which include the Desktop and Network Services group, along with the Business Processes Analysts, Applications and Development groups. These teams have collectively played vital roles in delivering robust technology and data gathering functions for the firm. These services and deliverables help ensure the firm's technology not only meet today's standards, but also the industry's projected standards for security and reliability. The TAPS department is very aware of the important part technology plays in any modern business and has a responsibility to make sure the firm is ready to take on any challenge and opportunity. Using lessons learned from the LEAD committee, and the examples of our Executive Committee, Jason works closely with his peers to better understand their individual lines of business, and tailoring TAPS to be a productive partner in their endeavors. Originally from California, via Texas; Jason made his way to Arkansas to attend Harding University. After college, Jason attended the North American Education Centers night school, in order to study the latest in computer systems and network design. Jason has been working in the IT arena since 1997 and exclusively with technology since 2000. His IT career has ranged from auto, telecom infrastructure, and global power industries. Jason ultimately found his calling in supporting the legal community. She met her husband at Harding and decided to permanently relocate to Conway, Arkansas in October of 2004. She began her career with Wilson & Associates in January of 2005, working in the Bankruptcy department. Jessica was promoted to Bankruptcy Manager in 2017. Jessica's pride and joy are her two children, Mason and Miley, who take up all of her spare time. As Business Information Development Manager, Rita Speas is responsible for providing information needed throughout the Firm and for promoting efficiencies through automation. She and her team deliver information via application reports, email reports, web service data transfer, intranet functionality, user support tools, process support applications, and ad hoc reporting. This information is utilized by Firm personnel primarily for supervisory and exception handling purposes and for interface/integration among core application systems and third party entities. Rita was instrumental in developing and supporting the predecessor foreclosure and bankruptcy case management systems for the firm beginning in 1986. Her application development areas of focus prior to that included zero-based budget systems, toxicology data management systems, process-control automation applications for manufacturing, and zero-defects parts picking and assembly systems. Rita is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. She received her B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1973. She has worked in computer software development and management positions since that time. Outside the office, she enjoys running, biking, scuba diving, snow skiing, gardening, and supporting charity events.

Robert M. Wilson, Jr. was the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1952. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, 1978, and U.S. Supreme Court in 1986. He was admitted to practice in 1991 to Texas and in 1996 to Tennessee. He received his education from the University of Arkansas (B.A., 1974) and (J.D., 1977). He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Kappa Sigma fraternities. He has acted as general counsel to the Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Association since 1984. He has been the recipient of many awards including: Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas President's Award for Excellence for 1978-1988 and again for 1993-1994. He was a Special Commissioner of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission in 1980. He was also a founding board member of the USFN serving two terms as its original President and Chairman of the Board and has chaired virtually all of the USFN's standing committees. He has received numerous awards from the USFN for excellence in his field. Mr. Wilson was also an accomplished author and public speaker. He was an honoree of the 2015 Class of Little Rock's Finest awarded by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Prior to joining Wilson & Associates, Robbie was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Pulaski County.

Sammy High is an Associate Partner in the Litigation Department. His primary areas of practice include defense litigation, mortgage banking litigation, family law, business/corporate law, probate and criminal law. Sammy earned his B.S. degree from the University of Central Arkansas (1998) and his J.D. from William H. Bowen School of Law (2001). He was admitted to the bar in Arkansas in 2001 and is licensed to practice before the 8th Circuit. He is also licensed to practice in Tennessee and before the 6th Circuit. Sammy is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Sammy has served on several Arkansas Bar Association subcommittees including the committees for a Modern Judiciary, Arkansas Mock Trial, and Lawyers for Literacy. He presently serves on the Law Related Education and Legal Forms committees. Sammy is a regular Continuing Legal Education speaker and presenter, and he has served as a scoring and presiding judge for the annual Arkansas State Mock Trial Competition. He was elected City Attorney for the City of Cammack Village (2014-present). He is also chairman/commissioner for Pulaski County Fire District No. 2 (2006-present).

Prior to joining the firm, she spent 3 years working in customer research at the Walmart Home Office.

She was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 1992 and Tennessee in 2006. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and former member of the USFN. She has significant experience in consumer protection litigation, legislation and administrative procedures. Her practice areas focus in real estate and creditors rights.
