Total Arm Care's Throwing Program offers innovative, comprehensive, and specialized training techniques designed to maximize a player's full potential. Each Program is personally adapted and tailored to a player's individual needs according to their specific age, stature, abilities, and deficiencies. Our program is the first step for the athlete looking for an all-inclusive, structured, hands-on program to adequately manage stress, build velocity, learn efficient movement patterns, & warm-up/recovery routines.
