Trouvés meets a growing need in the state of Washington by providing compassionate care and services to vulnerable adults. This includes those living with memory loss and mental health concerns ... St. Ann's is the first Trouvés community to open its doors. We have created a beautiful facility, sitting on nine acres of landscaped grounds, complete with walking trails. St. Ann's is located the heart of Tacoma, Washington.
