Eric is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Medina Bar Association, WealthCounsel, is admitted to practice in Ohio state courts and federal courts, and is active in many other professional groups. With his main law offices in Hudson, Ohio and Brecksville, Ohio, Eric is able to assist clients all over the greater Cleveland, Akron area.
Eric Valente, JD, MBA, a Brecksville, Ohio lawyer and Hudson, Ohio lawyer, is an attorney and founding member of Valente Law, LLC. He studied business administration and earned his MBA while attending law school at the University of Toledo and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Valente began his career doing business litigation at J.W. Krueger & Associates, LLC, where he still maintains an office. Eric has always had a creative, entrepreneurial spirit, and estate planning and business counseling provides him with the opportunity to engage these interests while helping clients achieve their goals.
He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Medina Bar Association, a prior member of WealthCounsel, is admitted to practice in Ohio state courts and federal courts, and is active in many other professional groups.
Eric is a Cleveland native and attended St. Edward high school. He currently lives in Lakewood, Ohio with his wife and enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, staying active and taking advantage of all that Cleveland and Akron have to offer.
Eric Valente practices primarily in estate planning, business, probate and real estate law. Currently growing his practice, Mr. Valente is accepting new clients and is happy to offer free consultations. He offers wills, trusts, power of attorney, healthcare planning and other estate planning services. His real estate lawyer services include deeds, leases, purchase agreements, for sale by owner transactions, disputes, and more.

Jay King is a senior paralegal and office manager at Valente Law and is integral in all aspect of the practice, specifically in client account management. Jay brings more than 35 years of corporate finance experience to Valente Law, LLC.
After graduating from Harding University with a major in business administration and finance, Jay began his career with the Beneficial Finance Corporation. Jay then accepted a position with the Marler-Haley Group of London, England, and developed his start-up company into the largest independent representative producer in their domestic network. His organization was awarded the prestigious National Producer of the Year honor multiple times.
Most recently Jay comes from a position at an $800 million corporation where he served as Director of HQ Operations.
Jay and his wife reside in Champion, Ohio. They have been active most of their lives in nonprofit organizations on both the local and national level.
