INSPECTIONS

Cole's eight years experience inspecting homes in and around Utah ranging from Spanish Fork to Pocatello, ID; homes built in 1865 up to newly finished construction; 600 square foot condos & 10,000 square foot estates. Even though Cole is an InterNACHI certified inspector, continuing education is paramount to him & always attends classes to further his knowledge & expertise. Cole hails from Seattle, WA (& still considers it to be paradise), but has lived in Utah for over a decade now & created deep Utah roots. Cole's wife & three of his four children are Utah natives. Cole & his family enjoy playing games of all sorts, cooking, & spending time with extended family.
