Prior to YCP Solidiance, Allen worked for a growth strategy advisory consulting firm. Kei Hasegawa is our Partner who also serves the Office Manager of Hong Kong Office. During his tenure with us, he was appointed CEO as one of YCP Group's portfolio company and led the value up and exit process of the business in Japan.
