As ADP Canada's people leader, Andrea is focused on developing talent, building the organizational people strategy and driving forward the culture and values that are so important to ADP. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, she leads and shapes ADP Canada's efforts to fuel our growth strategy with our most valuable asset - our people. Since joining ADP in 2006, she continues to demonstrate a passion for the critical role she and her team play in enabling ADP Canada's focus and vision where nothing gets in the way of people doing great work and creating conditions that allow everyone to reach their full potential. Prior to ADP, Andrea held progressively senior HR leadership roles spanning over two decades, across multiple industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Technology, with organizations such as Rogers Communications, AT&T Capital, Leitch Technology Corporation and IBM, (formerly DataMirror Corporation). A Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of Toronto, Andrea is an advocate for social issues affecting the workplace, such as LGBTQ+ inclusion, advancing women in business and addressing gender and cultural biases.

Anne Conte

As Senior Division Vice President and Head of Sales, Anne Conte is responsible for the strategy and execution of sales for ADP Canada. In her role, Anne is responsible for the entire sales portfolio across Canada where she leads client growth, focused on helping businesses of all sizes reach their full potential through Human Capital Management initiatives in the new world of work. Anne has been with ADP since 2009, having held successive sales and sales leadership roles. Prior to that, Anne spent multiple years working in the tech industry in the San Francisco Bay Area; she has parlayed that experience to effectively help businesses grow through key insights on talent initiatives in partnership with ADP. Anne's passion for recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing sales associates and leaders has resulted in strong revenue growth in highly competitive markets. Her strategic insights and experience selling across diverse segments are key contributors to her on-going success in the growth of ADP business. Anne's passion for building diverse and inclusive teams has also extended to her contributions to ADP's Women in Sales Leadership (WiSL) program and multiple Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs at ADP. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis. Anne is currently based in Toronto, Ontario.

Bob Buckley

Bob Buckley is passionate about building and growing effective teams. Presently, he leads the national sales team for ADP Canada where he is responsible for expanding the company's client base of businesses and leads a sales team across the country. Bob has worked for ADP for over 30 years, holding various senior roles, in the U.S., Canada and globally. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos Gonzalez leads the Implementation & Upgrades division, a multi-disciplined organization responsible for the system configuration, project management, and professional services on behalf of newly onboarded and upgraded clients across Canada. He joined ADP in 2014, most recently as Division Vice President, Field Enablement and previously as VP, Continuous Improvement. Prior to ADP, Carlos held several senior leadership roles within Canada's telecommunications industry spanning over two decades at Rogers Communications and Bell Canada. He has led organizations in Client Services, E-Commerce, Technology, Shared Service and Business Transformation within Consumer and Business markets. Carlos earned a bachelor's Business Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Adventure Place, a child and family centre that works with families and care providers to strengthen children's social, emotional, and adaptive functioning in all environments. Carlos and his family live in Vaughan, Ontario.

Ed Yuen

As Vice President, Strategy and HR Outsourcing for Canada, Ed leads the strategic planning process, partnership and acquisition programs, and key strategic initiatives for Canada. He is also accountable for growing our managed offering as the general manager of our Human Resources Outsourcing business. Prior to ADP, Ed led Growth Strategy and Innovation for Mercer's Career / Human Capital Management business in Canada and was a Principal Consultant, leading consulting engagements and providing advice to Boards and executive management of public and private companies, ranging from large TSX60 to pre-IPO start-ups. Previous to that, he worked in Corporate Strategy as a member of the Office of Strategic Management for the Bank of Montreal (BMO) focusing on the Wealth and Asset Management businesses. Ed has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Heather Haslam - CMO

Heather leads the Marketing mandate to support businesses across all segments in Canada. In her role, Heather provides strategic direction for planning, product marketing, campaign management, branding, and employee communications. Heather has more than 20 years experience in the Canadian technology Market. She is a proven, accomplished and dynamic leader specializing in motivating people for change and increased productivity with successes across Marketing, Sales Channel Development, Product Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is a passionate and intuitive leader who leverages persuasive reasoning to drive change, engage and build alignment with leaders/teams across functional areas. Prior to joining ADP in early 2016, she held various roles at BCE, primarily in Bell Business Markets, across Sales, Marketing and M&A. Heather holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Masters of Business Admin from the Ivey School of Business, and has dedicated her free time to volunteering with a variety of mental health-related organizations and causes. Heather is serving her second term on the Institute for Advancements in Mental Health Board of Directors and leads the Marketing and Branding Task Force and is a member of the Strategic Planning Task Force.

James Lord

As President of ADP Canada, Jim Lord is responsible for the overall strategic management, direction and growth for the country's leading provider of people management solutions. He leads ADP Canada's senior leadership team and its 2,000 associates across the country. Jim has 27 years of experience at ADP, encompassing a wide variety of management and executive leadership responsibilities in Major Accounts, Time & Labor, Small Business Services, and ADP's Retirement & Insurance Services divisions. Jim is experienced with driving positive outcomes as it relates to Client Experience, Associate Experience, Sales Growth, Client Retention, Product Innovation, and overall P&L accountability of the business. Massimo has more than 25 years of experience as a product engineering executive. He has a proven track record of designing and developing innovative customer experiences and driving business growth through product and technology solutions. His expertise spans a wide range of technical disciplines, Massimo has effectively led high-performing global teams, emphasizing both agile engineering culture and systems thinking. Prior to ADP, Massimo held several senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters including Vice President, Technology & Product Engineering. Massimo previously served in senior-level roles for Cineplex Entertainment and Canada Goose in Toronto, Canada. Massimo earned his MBA and Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management at Athabasca University. He holds diplomas in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis and Design from Humber College of Applied Arts. Massimo prioritizes self-care and inspires those around him to do the same. Raul Sibaja - CFO

As CFO, Raul is responsible for the overall strategic financial direction of ADP Canada. Raul joined ADP in September 2003. During his tenure, he has held a number of different roles in Finance in Canada, USA and Europe. Prior to becoming ADP Canada's CFO, Raul was General Manager for ADP Southern Europe. Raul holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at University of Western Ontario. Raul is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Raul and his family live in Toronto, Ontario.

William J. Piggot

As Vice President of International Money Movement Bill Piggot is responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of ADP Canada's international money movement organization. He is also a member of the company's Senior Leadership Team. Bill manages ADP's external relationships with Financial Partners and Government agencies pertaining to Banking Services and the remittance of payroll source deductions in international locations. During his 20-year career with ADP, Bill has assumed increasingly senior roles in the company's banking, tax and money movement functions, including the integration of the company's bank payroll platform acquisitions in Canada, representing more than 20,000 clients. He was named Vice President, Canada Money Movement in 2010 and assumed his current role in 2013. Bill received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from McMaster University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is National Chair of ADP Canada's United Way campaign, which raises funds annually to give back to the communities where ADP associates and clients live and work. He lives near Toronto and enjoys rowing.
