AHS Group© was established by Dr. J. Mathias Abrell in 1989, when he resigned after a decade as partner from one of the largest German lawfirms in Frankfurt. In the more than thirty years, that have passed since then, he and his new firm advised a multitude of individual clients as well as national and international corporations in all legal and commercial aspects of their life. Dr. Abrell today is still advising select customers in the areas of general corporate matters, m&a, real estate, international taxation, and dispute resolution.
