ALWAYS FIT

The offline membership includes either 2 or 3 group workouts in Tutbury each week (full weekly schedule below). Come and work out with an incredible group of ladies who are so friendly and supportive and will power you towards your goals (all of the group workouts are held outdoors over the summer months too!)... Both the group workouts and home workouts are suitable for all fitness levels with variations provided for all exercises so don't worry if you're feeling really unfit at the moment, you'll be absolutely fine (remember the only way to get fitter is to take the plunge and get started!)... You're struggling to fit in exercise around a busy family life but want to become fitter, stronger and more toned.
