David Neff

David Neff has been a part of the broadcast and electronic media industry for over 35 years. He started his career as a station engineer at WTOV in Steubenville, OH, and then held design engineering and technical positions with Tektronix, Inc., Harris Corporation, and General Electric. He joined the small startup ITS Corporation as a Product Manager in 1986. He then helped to grow the company from an exciter and small transmitter company through various names and ownership groups (ITS, ADC-ITS, and Axcera), and into a major transmitter company with a broad line of transmitters at all power levels with worldwide sales. He served as president of Axcera for 11 years. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Point Park University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University. He has presented at many technology conferences in the US and worldwide. He holds one US patent.

Irvin (Tee) Thomas

Tee began as an Broadcast Engineer in the 60's. Most recently, he was the Chief Engineer of a small TV station group operating in West Texas and New Mexico. Tee decided to use Anywave transmitting equipment in switching from another supplier. After years of successful operations of the Anywave equipment, Tee joined Anywave as the Western sales manager in 2018.

Joe Wozniak

Joe has been employed by manufacturers of capital equipment for over 40 years as either a national or regional sales manager or sales engineer. From 1983 through July of 2014, he worked primarily as a television transmitter sales manager for major manufacturers Acrodyne Industries and LARCAN. Working with broadcasters and broadcast engineers at various levels including directors and vice-presidents of engineering, Joe has closed orders for equipment purchases valued at up to $4 million. These orders have included high and low power UHF and VHF television transmitters, antenna systems, and broadcast towers, as well as engineering, installation, and project management services. His experience also includes systems with MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 encoders, and multiplexers.

Steve Woodward

Steve has been working with Fortune 500 companies, especially Major TV/Media Station Corporations, Station Owners and TV Groups since 1989. As CBS Owned & Operated-Viacom Stations Digital Sales Manager, Major Account Executive, and New Business Developer, and also as Sales Manager for Nexstar and Gray TV Stations, Steve has worked locally and nationally creating and delivering customized New Business Revenue and for Increased current client TV Station Sales, Marketing Plans, and Producing local series TV Shows. Steve has partnered closely with all aspects of Engineering, Production and Signal Chain with a number of companies. He has also been in direct communication with most of the 190+ ATSC 3.0 on-air stations directly working with Chief Engineers / Station Operations and VP's Sales/IT/New Technology Managers. He is highly transactional with both with individual active 3.0 NextGen TV Stations and their Corporate Ownership at Regional / National Level. Steve has worked with Sinclair, Nexstar, Cox Media Group, Scripps, Fox TV O&O's, PBS Local and Regional, Gray TV and many more Stations and Groups for engineering/technical advancement.

Ted Karam

Ted Karam is the VP of Engineering at Anywave Communication Technologies. He has worked in the professional broadcast industry for the last 20 years and was previously the Director of Engineering for Comark. Over the course of this time, Ted has led R&D and product design programs for next-generation digital TV transmitters. He has functioned as the product line and program manager for coordinating development initiatives, overseeing transmitter product development from concept to production. Ted has participated in a variety of transmitter program applications including mobile TV trials with PBS, DTV field reception studies with NBC, SFN system implementation and test at the Empire State building in NYC, and particle accelerator systems with Brookhaven National Labs. Ted has developed and taught digital TV customer training classes, with an emphasis on digital exciter technology. He has written and delivered numerous technical papers and presentations at NAB, IEEE, and SBE events, and is a published author. Ted's previous background and experience are in the area of digital signal processing and software development in the aerospace and consumer audio industries where he worked for Raytheon and Krell. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
