Since his student days, Dr Alex Fibishenko heightened his interest in oral surgery and prosthodontics (restorative dentistry using replacement teeth). He received student awards in these areas. Following graduation, his professional practice has since surrounded oral and facial aesthetics, dento-facial surgery and implantology.
For over ten years, Dr Ali (Aliakbar) Sefidroodi has been living in bayside Melbourne with his wife, young family and gorgeous Samoyed dog called Bafi.
Dr Ali completed his dental studies at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Teheran, Iran, and was one of the top students in the 2004 graduating class. He was one of the few students to have his work and research on new frontiers in dentistry published in Australian dental journals, and was the recipient of several scholarships in his university days.
He's a lifelong learner, having completed a two-year mini-residency in orthodontics in Sydney, as well as attending ongoing lectures and hands-on training facilitated by the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry. He's also attended professional development courses at international venues, including Portugal (All on 4 dental implant course), Los Angeles (Soft and hard tissue grafting) and Budapest, Hungary (Advanced Bone Grafting).
Upon moving to Melbourne, Dr Ali spent three years working in community dental clinics in Prahran and South Melbourne, before moving to private practice. With his detailed dental experience dating from 2005, he enjoys working close to where he lives, applying his high standards of treatment to all his patients. Dr Ali's special skills and interests lie in laser frenectomy (treatment of tongue ties), pain relief treatments as well as general and restorative dentistry.
Dr Fady Goher is passionate about helping his patients achieve bright healthy smiles. He enjoys completing smile makeovers, which means he gets to apply his comprehensive knowledge about orthodontics (including Invisalign), teeth alignment, teeth whitening, resin bonding and veneers, digital smile design and same day porcelain restorations. Fady's Invisalign work has led to him receiving Platinum Invisalign Provider status.
Fady also has skills and experience in dental implants as a way to transform patients' smiles. Depending on patient suitability, he performs many dental implants using the All On 4 approach, which allows a shorter treatment & recovery time.

A Mornington local, Fady is a keen reader who also enjoys cycling, going to the gym, travelling and spending time with family, friends and with his gorgeous dog Charlie.
With a father and an uncle who are both dentists, Jason developed a passion for dentistry early on. They are still figures he looks up to professionally and personally, and this high regard strongly influenced him to pursue a dental career.
Jason grew up in Canada and moved to Melbourne to study dentistry in 2017. He returned to Canada in 2021 for a short spell and then came back to Melbourne in 2023.
Dr Ronak (Ron) Patel graduated from Guy's, King's, and St Thomas's Dental School in 2003. He worked in several private dental practices in the UK before immigrating to Melbourne in 2011.
Professional Experience
Although Ron is skilled in all areas of dentistry, his advanced training and qualifications give him elite expertise in the fields of implants (prosthodontics), endodontics (root canal therapy), cosmetic dentistry, adult orthodontics, and CEREC CAD/CAM technology.
Dr Patel is a licensed and experienced All On 4 Plus and Invisalign practitioner. With his extensive training in orthodontics and implants, he can help his patients choose the best approach to personalize and enhance their smiles. Additionally, Dr. Ron is the first dentist in Australia to be certified to treat dental phobia. His anxious patients can attest to his ability to make them feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits.
When away from the dental practice, Ron is a passionate football (soccer to us Australians) player and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his three young children.
